It appears that Zappos filter reviews that are not positive. I wrote a negative review and "opps server error" showed up. These shoes are now made in China and I will not buy another Timberland product for that reason. I'll give them a positive rating just to see if this gets posted.

This is the most comfortable pair of shoes my husband owns. We bought these shoes and then went on a three week trip with extensive walking. They gave support and were extremely comfortable.

I've been wearing Timberlands since the last millennium and have always found them comfortable. They have style, wear-ability and durability. Frequent compliments on how good they look are the norm.

Its good-looking and comfortable. Had to get a size smaller than normal to fit. This shoe and Zappos's size charts are not in sync.

Bought these for my son for high school uniform requirements. Nice looking shoe, but has a nice arch inside for support. Has held up well to stairs and general teen abuse.

Excellent shoe, very comfortable, dressy enough for work or casual enough for weekends. I had difficulty locating this type of shoe (size 14) in any store. I ordered a pair from another website and had to return them because of a defect. Zappos is great, I can always find what I want in the sizes need.

This shoe is the third pair of Timberland boat shoes that I have purchased. I like the soft upper and moderate arch support. I wear them about 3 to 4 days each week.

This is a very well built shoe. It runs true to size and width. I must add that Zappos is the best company to deal with. This comes true when you have a problem, they just can't do enough for you.

I ordered these for my husband, who was having a hard time finding shoes in his size in retail stores. He was skeptical, but I assured him it would be faster than driving all over the state. They arrived within 48 hours and he was very pleased. I think he now understands why I shop for my own shoes on Zappos. :)

My daughter recommended Zappos. She told me how easy it was to order, and probably more important, how easy it was to return shoes. Zappos did not disappoint me. I'm not sure what else they could do to make any easier.

These are the best moccasin style shoes I've ever bought. I've tried others but keep coming back to Timberland. The challenge in the past was local availability but that has been solved with online shopping. These shoes look good, are very comfortable and last for years even with heavy use. Excellent product!
