First of all, I love Zappos and would recommend them to anyone. This boot was a very big disappointment. You should first know that they run a little small for the size, which isn't a big deal. However, after only wearing the boot a handful of times it started to fall apart! The leather around the grommets for the laces first started to peel off because it is only glued on. I thought, no big deal, it's sewn on pretty tight. Then the leather actually ripped away from one of the grommets completely! For the price tag these boots should last a life time, definitely not fall apart only wearing them 7-10 times. Will not recommend them to anyone.
