This shoe is cute and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately it is a painful shoe to wear. If you have a medium or narrow width you may be okay, but if you have a wide foot lookout! I normally wear a 6WW and it wasn't offered in a WW only a W so I ordered a 6 1/2 W hoping the extra length would make up for the width (sometimes that works), but for this shoe it didn't. I shouldn't have kept the shoes but I did hoping the soft leather would stretch. I decided to wear them around the house to try and break them in. Big mistake. I've been wearing the shoes for 4 days at home trying to make it more comfortable but so far it’s not working. The back slips off of my heel and the right shoe (my right foot is wider than the left) kills my foot. Even heel inserts aren't helping. I don't think these are true to width. Too bad because they are extremely cute and perfect for casual summer wear. As always Zappos is great. I love their quick service and great return policy.

Cute shoe but UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!
I thought these shoes were so cute, but I can't keep them on my bare feet for more than 5 minutes walking. The backs of the shoe rub against the back of the ankle and it is so painful. I tried bandaids and heel inserts but nothing worked. Too bad!

I love them. They are perfect for the Italy trip I’m going on. I wanted something attractive and comfortable and that’s exactly what I got. They are true to size also. I bought the white and brown. Beautiful.

Pretty but not for me.
I bought these shoes for a trip I’m taking to Europe. Since I’ll be there for a few months I needed some good, cute shoes. I wore them for exactly one hour and the shoes rubbed up against my ankle so much it created a blister. What's worse is that I wore them for an hour but I only walked in them for maximum of 10-15 minutes because I went to a meeting. Maybe it's my just my foot.

Great casual shoe -
This shoe was exactly what I wanted to wear with denims. My only complaint is that the shoe is a little tight across the metatarsal area. I trust that will loosen as I wear it. Great shoe! Zappos is a lifesaver to me since I wear size 11 and it's near impossible to find a good selection of shoes. Thanks!

Comfy, supportive, and cute -
Zappos delivered these shoes within a day! They are as comfortable as boat shoes but a little more feminine with the low vamp. I bought the white with the brown laces which will be a great everyday spring and summer shoe.
