Most comfortable sandals I've ever had. Needed some breathing shoes with arch support to work and I cannot wear open toes - these ones were perfect solution. They fit from day one - no breaking-in needed. Zappos as usually shipped immediately. Ordered 8pm in NYC and got them 10am next day - shipped from KY - don't know how you guys do it but works for me.

I have 2 pairs of the Timberland Altamont sandals. I bought a black pair last year and was so pleased with them that I purchased a Tan Oil pair this year. The shoes are very comfortable and look good with casual or a more dressed up look. The shoes are very supportive. I have spent many hours walking in them without any foot fatigue. The velcro closure allows a variable factor that adds to the comfort of fit. These sandals are an excellent purchase.

These babies are wonderful in every way. My husband loves them. These and a pair of hush puppies that I bought him for Christmas from Zappos are the only shoes he wears now, and says they're the best shoes he's ever had.
I'd also recommend: hush puppies, but they are winter shoes

I bought these for my husband, his third pair. He loves them as usual. First two pairs were from Nordstrom, which doesn't carry them anymore. But not to worry. Zappos came through for us! These sandals are comfortable, stylish and last a long time.

I wear these sandals on hiking trips. They are comfortable, provide excellent support and traction on all sorts of terrain and are durable.
