Slipper-like comfort is provided by Tic-Tac-Toes® soft tricot lining enhanced by a sub-layer of light latex foam. The bottoms of feet are treated to a full length resilient cushion of Vikofome® inner sole. This long-lasting, technologically-advanced, open-cell material absorbs shock and impact. Before these arrived I almost thought about returning them to save myself money, but when they came, I was so happy with them. My first pair of real dance shoes. The padding at the foot is noticeably thicker than most of my streetwear heels, and the suede bottom was great on the dance floor. This is so much better than dancing in socks. I don\'t normally wear heels much, but these were fine for me, not too high, pretty stable. I recommend getting one of those brushes made for suede-soled dance shoes to clean off the bottom of the shoe. I liked that the heel was not plastic like some of the cheaper Capezio models that I looked at. I could hear who had the plastic heels in class, and I\'m glad I went with an all-leather version, and pretty well constructed. Thanks Zappos! And thanks TicTacToes!

Soles are NOT slick! If you're looking for ballroom dance shoes, do NOT choose these. The soles are not slick at all and will not allow you to spin or slide. I called the Tic-Tac-Toe company and they agreed that they are not slick but said that is the sole they use on all their dance shoes. They suggested that I spray them with silicone spray if I wanted them to be slick. I don't think so! Choose another brand if you want to do any spins or slides.

Relatively inexpensive dance shoe that seems to be holding up well. Decent arch support. I got the 7.5M and 7.5W both because my foot is a little wide; but the 7.5W was cut very wide for the entire length of the shoe which is fine if your feet are shaped like cantaloupes. So I went with the Medium; it's snug across the toes but is working out okay. The craftsmanship is average at best; the vamp on one shoe is cut lower than on the other and some stitching is crooked. I would still recommend these overall.

Extremely comfortable from the get go. The wide is great for people with bunions and the leather is soft and accommodating.

Delightfully comfortable shoe made of soft leather here in the USA! The extra padding in the ball of the food is perfect for waltzing. Highly recommend.
