Zappos service as usual is fantastic! Wish these shoes came in a 10 Wide. Size 10 1/2 to long. Have to return them.

I have been taking dance lessons and social dancing for eight years, and have used mens dress shoes with leather soles the entire time. I have tried on dance shoes sold by vendors at dance conventions, but they were not padded and uncomfortable. This is my first pair of dance shoes, and they are well padded, lightweight and extremely comfortable. They are also very good looking. The fit is true to size, and they are fantastic to dance in. I am extremely well pleased and would purchase them again. They are also manufactured in the USA which is a hard commodity to find anymore.

Chadwick - Shoe has more of a round toe than expected. Shoe would look more dressy if it has a plain toe oxford look, outside of this, shoe is great. I ordered two pair a 7 1/2 thinking it would stretch some; it did not. Then I ordered a 8, this seems to be working. Do you know anyone who would like to purchase a slightly used pair of 7 1/2's ?

Great dance shoes! I bought them, last minute, for my husband's birthday. Zappos came through! They arrived the next day but unfortunately felt a bit snug. I ordered a second pair in a half size larger, and they were perfect. He definitely felt like dancing in the second pair. Now he's gliding across the dance floor...well, gliding is a bit overstated since he's a beginner in ballroom dancing. Can't speak on the quality yet but they seem to be well made.

Dancing Shoes - I took up ballroom dancing and wanted shoes that were comfortable and looked good...these are the right shoes.

I found that the shoes felt reasonably comfortable. Exception; the right shoe feels like there is no support under the arch. That is the best description. For me the heels may be too low. I usually dance in western/cowboy boot heels. The soles drag a bit which tires my leg. My boots slide smoothly on the dance floor. I probably need to apply some wax on these shoes and get used to wearing them. I am pleased with the finish and look of these shoes. I square/round dance and will look for a pair of western style dancing boots because I love the feel and look, this being TEXAS after all.

Work well for the wide-footed - I bought these for my fiancé for our dance lessons. He normally wears a 10 EEE, and finding dance shoes was hard, but he was able to wear the 10 EE and found the leather was soft and stretched well. He has no complaints, and is enjoying the new shoes.

Absolutely Wonderful - I dance 2-3 times per week and I am very impressed with these shoes. Quality workmanship and materials. The leather is soft and supple and the fit was dead on. I wear a 10 1/2 shoe and the 10 1/2 fit perfectly. I can't believe how comfortable they are! Like wearing a pair of bedroom slippers. And light as a feather. Nice product. Nice price. Made in America. And you gotta like that!

Dance shoe - Shoe is comfortable, but the heel sole should be wider and more supportive. It is too easy to twist my ankle.

Nice shoes - I am pleased with this shoe, I need a wide shoe and this one is true to size. I also am able to wear a fuller sock since the shoe is just a little loose. The shoe looks good as well.

Good for the price! Really lightweight, good fit. Only thing I would change is the design, make it look a little more like a real shoe (leather upper wise).

Too much toe. I've tried this shoe for both Latin and Standard dance, and the there is too much toe even for standard. The leather sole is nice for sliding across the floor, but the hard toe makes life difficult. I am a member of my university's formation team and I've found myself having to order another pair of shoes through them. These shoes are good in a pinch but overall I would not recommend them.
