Overall:

I have a narrow foot with a very narrow heel. This shoe (8AA) fits me perfectly, is true to size, and is comfortable, a rare find for me. I need a combination last with a very narrow heel. It\'s perfect for dancing and for indoor use. It wasn\'t meant for outdoor use. I wish the company made other (non dancing) shoes as well. I may try to have it resoled with an outdoor sole, when the sole wears out!

Overall:

I got these shoes for my line dancing class. They are wonderful. They are light, comfortable and really cute, cute enough to wear for any occasion! They don't have an arch support so I put a small one inside and they are perfect. I have narrow feet and they fit well, true to size.

Very happy with these shoes. The fit is true to my regular size. I do a lot of ballroom dancing and use these shoes for swing or when my feet get tired midway through a dance and I want to wear a shorter heel.

I now have 2 pair of these shoes, white and black ones that I bought last year. They are great swing and practice shoes. I got them in my regular size 7.5 and they fit just right.

I have been wearing these for the last few weeks for my salsa classes. Very comfortable, good quality leather and stylish. Also, the ladies in my class who had bought other brand ballroom dance shoes were complaining that the suede on the bottom was too thin and the soles of their feet hurt. I do not have that problem with these shoes. The suede sole is thick leather and do not hurt the soles of my feet. I wore Tic Tac Toe Tap shoes as a child. Very happy that they are still around.

I needed a pair of shoes with leather soles and heels for a ballroom dancing class. I ordered the shoes online at the Zappos site the day before the class was to start thinking I'd get them in 3 to 5 days to use the next week. I was amazed when the shoes arrived the next day just in time for my class. Zappos expedited the delivery at no extra cost to me. The shoes fit wonderfully and are very comfortable and light. Great for dancing! The service and selection of shoes at Zappos are unsurpassed!

The heel of this shoe broke off the first time I wore them! And I could have easily pulled off the heel on the other shoe with just a little effort. Cheaply made, especially for the price I paid.

These swing dance shoes are awesome! The heel is sturdy and not too high for great dancing. The sole is covered in sturdy suede so your spins on the dance floor are great. They are very comfortable and fit true to size. The strap keeps them from flying off when you really get swinging, and gives them that "Mary Jane" look, but still a modern touch.

While sufficiently narrow for my narrow foot, this shoe is disappointing. It has no padding or arch support and is uncomfortable for flat footed dancing or dancing on the balls of the feet. I put a pad in the shoe and wear socks, but am still uncomfortable.

Sharp edges on shoes prevent the extra comfort level; size is good. Width is narrow, which is why I got them in the first place.

I love these shoes! I am a relatively new dancer and it has taken me some time to figure out what shoes work best for me. There is not a store near me that carries dance shoes so I have always ordered on line. This has proven to be expensive because often I have to return uncomfortable or poorly fitting shoes. Thanks to Zappo's free shipping both ways, that is no longer a problem for me.These shoes are soft and comfortable and did not require any "breaking in." They are easy to put on and take off, and I cannot say enough good things about them!

Good shoe. Pewter is bronze, though!I ordered these in "Pewter" and the colour is really nothing like the picture. The shoes are a darker, showier bronze colour. That may be a plus for some and a minus for others. I'm undecided! As for the fit, I haven't worn them dancing yet, but they are pretty comfortable. I wear a size 7.5 in "street shoes" which I wear with socks, and I got these in 7.5 and they fit snugly without socks. I don't notice any rubbing or tight spots in the shoes, so I'm dancing in them tomorrow!

I bought this for my husband so he could maintain his leadership position when dancing with me. He reports that the length and width are both slightly less than expected but that perhaps the snug fit is proper for a dance shoe. He's never had real dance shoes before this. They are extremely light weight, but well-built. They are cool (ventilated uppers) and look cool, too. I didn't see any way to order a pair of two left shoes, but he seems to be doing fine, the right shoe has apparently retrained his second left foot.

AWESOME! I love these shoes! I needed some shoes for my swing classes that I take 2 or 3 times a week. I wanted something comfortable and I didn't want to worry about repeated usage. Instead of wearing competition shoes, I use these and they are comfortable and fit! A quality I usually don't find together.

Overall:

I do a lot of square and round dancing and need a comfortable, supportive shoe to do so. I find the Tic-Tac-Toe "Dancer" to be just the right shoe. It is true to size and width (made in America!!), comfortable and stylish. And I found Zappos customer service superb.

I love Zappos, but these shoes are the worst I’ve tried! The heel area is unreasonably wide, the toe box is cramped and narrow. If the top of your foot is narrower than your heel, these shoes are for you! Thank goodness Zappos accepts returns – I’ll have to try again. Thanks for standing behind your products, Zappos!

The dance shoes fit ordering my normal shoe size, and buying them wide made them comfortable the first time I wore them to dance class. Unfortunately, the next time we went dancing it was very hot so I chose to not wear nylon stockings and got terrible blisters from the shoes. I will not be able to wear the shoes again until the blisters heal. If I put something to cushion the heel area I think these shoes will be fine. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service this company provides. I deliberately order from Zappos verses other dance shoe companies because they are rare in that you do not have to pay postage coming or returning and reordering.

Good comfortable theater shoe - The pair of these I received included one shoe with the instep strap cut way too short. Even on the very slender actress I bought them for, it didn't even reach the buckle. Fortunately, I needed to replace that strap with elastic for a fast costume change, so it wasn't an issue for me. The shoe is a bit frumpy-looking, which again was fine for the character on stage, but it's a bit dowdy for real life. Very comfortable, though!

Great Dance Shoe!Fantastic shoe!-I recently started taking dance lessons and needed a comfortable dance shoe-despite some unfavorable reviews, the shoe has nice cushioning, was very well constructed and there was no need to break them in and was reasonably priced! Also the sueded bottom helps with turning and allows you to glide without slipping-One last comment- it's nice to know these shoes are made right here in upstate New York!

Great shoe for work - I have to wear orthotic inserts. This shoe style fits my needs with style. Finally, a pair of shoes to wear with dresses. The heel is a bit narrow and takes getting used to. Wish it were a touch wider.
