This is great for camping but not ideal for house guests. Medium is too small for an adult.

Great backpacking sleeper, would recommend it to anyone looking for great support with virtually no weight added in your backpack. If you are a light sleeper then the pad definitely makes a bit of rustling noise. It takes a couple of times to get used to it when you shift around.
