The first day I used the purse my front zipper chain broke, which I never found and I was a little disappointed because I was on a cruise. The purse looked great online and was comfortable even though the shoulder strap was not leather. For the price, I expected a better quality.

Nice purse for travelling or everyday. I purchased it for a two week vacation because of the cross-body styling to thwart purse-snatchers. It has a comfortable adjustable strap. The cons include the zipper handle on the large compartment has broken twice. My Mom fixed it once and now it has broken again. the links in the chain keep coming apart. Also, the glue holding on a wooden chip with "The Sak" emblem did not hold and that fell off this weekend too. So, in two weeks the purse has started to really fall apart. Too bad for such an expensive purse and a good brand!

This is a great bag for the price. I bought this in the linen color and have carried it now for over a month. I have had no problems at all. I like it so much that I\'m going to buy it in another color. I only wish the strap was leather as well.

I\'m delighted with this bag; it\'s just what I have been looking for. The leather and stitching are first class and the bag is very lightweight - just right for non-intrusive crossbody wearing.

I love this purse. The zippered opening is large enough to retrieve things. A nice size - deep enough to stuff a bottle of water. I never worry about Zappos; they are great to deal with.

All of my handbags must have at least one outside pocket. This one has two, one zippered and one not—-just right for securing keys and stashing receipts. The versatile bag can go dressy or not. The interior is a bright print that makes things easy to find. It has a slender silhouette, but not so thin that it can’t hold a paperback or even a bottled water. It is lightweight. This bag is a success in my wardrobe!

I really like this bag. I purchased it in the metallic multi. I could not tell from the picture, but the metallic is different colors. One section is silver and one is a silvery-copper color. I love the convenience of a crossbody and the metallic color makes it spunky and cute.

Nice bag, it slips a little where the length of the strip is located, but the leather is attractive and the inside is roomy.

Beautiful color, incredibly soft leather, but proportions are wrong. Also the nylon webbing strap takes away a great deal of this bag's beauty, making it look cheap in real life. It would be so much better with leather handles and a removable strap.

This bag has all the right pockets and the color is lovely. That said, it seems fairly carelessly put together and made on the cheap. I haven't yet decided whether to keep it or not.

I love this bag! Roomier than I expected, with tons of little pockets. The color and quality of the leather is perfect. The yellow was just what I was needing for spring and summer. I would definitely buy more of these.

I fell in love with the color and liked he reasonable price, too. The two outside pockets are great and the purse holds all that I need, but it's a bit narrow and hard to get into when searching for the elusive stuff that hides on the bottom. Also think the cloth strap cheapens a nice leather purse. What were they thinking?

I bought this bag while we were in Vegas we stayed a week when we got home the strap on the bag broke 3 days later. I am wondering if the cheapness of the price is because the bag is made cheap it is in my closet. I have been wondering if it is worth getting fixed.

I really like this bag. Just the right size for me. Not too big, not too small. I thought the leather material seemed very luxurious and I love the adjustable strap because I am on the short side.

I am a busy mom of six and a Zumba instructor. I carry an academic calendar and my purse needs to hold it. And I want nice enough to carry to church but spunky enough to go with funky Zumba clothes. the Iris Crossbody is perfect for all I need.

Such a great bag except for the tacky fabric strap. Would have ordered 3 if not for the strap.

I got this bag in cayenne because I needed a late winter burst of color (I wear way too much black) and I absolutely love it. Like many other reviewers, I wish they would made the strap of leather, but that is my only complaint. It is a cute, roomy bag. My money was well spent on it.

A spacious and roomy bag, but it isn't as cute as in the photo. In person, its quite staid and conservative, despite the cheery yellow. The zipper doesn't run smoothly. I'm sending it back.
