Loved the bag when it arrived. The leather was soft, the bag strap was functional and the roomy size was great for on-the-go travel when you live in the big city. The major downside? While I was walking around in New York during a steamy hot day, I noticed that the red leather was rubbing on to my clothes! No joke. I was so saddened and disappointed because I thought SAK had made a quality leather product. So beware. Thank god for Zappos return policy.

What in the world has happened to Zappos? The reason I shop with Zappos is because of the overnight service. It took 5 days for me to get my order. I was very disappointed with the service. The handbag is nice and I kept it although someone must have previously returned it since the SAK tassel that hangs on the outside had been cut off.

Liked the appearance of this bag, but returned it because it appeared to be poorly made. The stitching of the handles to the ring seemed quite sloppy, and I was afraid it would not hold up over time.

Love this bag in the black patent! Stylish, affordable, great for travel or for everyday use and fits my 5'4" frame. Only complaint: the strings that are wrapped decoratively around the base of each strap have come unwound on two of four straps and I've had to rewrap and hot glue them back on. Other than that little annoyance, it is my favorite and most versatile bag!

This was my first purchase from Zappos, and I was very pleased. I love the quality of the purse, it was very reasonably priced. I was blown away by how fast it was shipped. I\'ll definitely be back. Thanks!

Unfortunately, this bag is on its way back. The front exterior pockets are too small to slip a hand into easily, which is a deal breaker for me, as I depend on the exterior pockets for fast access to keys and other regularly accessed items. Also, the plumb color is a lot more Easter-egg lavender than pictured. Thanks to Zappos for making returns so simple and efficient.

Such a great purse! So many pockets and very versatile. I have worn it as a crossbody messanger and shortened the strap and wear it as a shoulder bag. Great style with out a lot of weight!

Perfect! This purse is perfect. The stitching gives it a subtle detailing. It is just the right size to hold my stuff while not getting too heavy. Goes with everything work, casual, out.

I bought this bag just so I would have a hands free bad for when I went to all day events---but it\'s so gorgeous, I now use it all the time! I love being hands free! It\'s the perfect size, too. Love it!

For me this bag is almost perfect. I like the strap versatility: you can adjust the cloth strap to cross body length, regular shoulder strap length, or remove it completely. The inside is roomy, and, because it's more horizontal than vertical, a plus in my book, you can see everything inside at one glance. It's also really lightweight, I used to buy only Coach until my chiropractor read me the riot act! The only drawback is the color, the brown is really drab; I wish, in retrospect, I'd purchased a more 'up' color to add a little oomph to the depressingly rainy fall we're having. Also, the quality of the leather and the workmanship would normally mean a higher price tag, this is a good value.

This bag did not hold up well at all! Within 3 weeks, the bamboo stitches began to unravel. I had not been carrying anything particularly heavy. Also, the drawstring ties kept getting longer and longer, stretching out to dangle by my knees! For a fabric bag, it was unusually heavy when empty.

I just received this bag in the saffron color and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the leather, the workmanship, and the size/color! I've used it two days now, and in that short time I was stopped by a lady while I was out and about, who commented on how much she "loved" my bag & where did I get it? Plus, as always, I could not be more pleased with Zappos speedy delivery time and for ensuring that my order was correct.

Nice purse for travelling or everyday. I purchased it for a two week vacation because of the cross-body styling to thwart purse-snatchers. It has a comfortable adjustable strap. The cons include the zipper handle on the large compartment has broken twice. My Mom fixed it once and now it has broken again. the links in the chain keep coming apart. Also, the glue holding on a wooden chip with "The Sak" emblem did not hold and that fell off this weekend too. So, in two weeks the purse has started to really fall apart. Too bad for such an expensive purse and a good brand!

This is the perfect summer purse. It holds a lot, yet is still lightweight and easy to carry. The flower is pinned on, so you can remove it, but I think it adds such a fun touch, so I left mine on. There are a couple small pockets in the lining, but otherwise there is not much in the way of internal organization, and I did find myself digging around for things (why is what I want always at the very bottom of the bag?), but overall I love this bag.

This bag is excellent for a BIG bag that is "smaller." It is lightweight and good value for the price. The finish does not show scratches and I expect it to be very durable.

I love this bag. It is the perfect rich shade of purple, and the leather is supple. I hunted all over the Internet for a leather bag that was less than $100 but looked rich and this bag exceed my expectations, especially for the price, and I have received numerous compliments. Also, the long handle to wear the bag cross body is super convenient.

I bought this bag in the grass color and absolutely love it. I do agree with the previous reviewer about the zipper and size of the inside zip pocket, but they work fine. This bag is made very well, especially for the price. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one in boysenberry. Both are great fall colors. Great bag!

The first day I used the purse my front zipper chain broke, which I never found and I was a little disappointed because I was on a cruise. The purse looked great online and was comfortable even though the shoulder strap was not leather. For the price, I expected a better quality.

The Sak Indio Crochet Tote - I ordered this bag to be used as a shopping bag. I wanted a bag that I didn't have to hassle with and unzip all the time to put the stuff I buy in it. I usually carry a small backpack as my purse so my hands are free, and I don't want to carry a huge bag on my back packed with stuff so if I need something from this bag, like a purse item like chapstick, I have to dig to the bottom and things like that. This bag is perfect for that! It feels really sturdy and I'm sure it will serve me well. I'm going to be taking it to the Big E in a few weeks! The bag is colorful, but not too bright (I got the multi colored one). The single colored ones looked a little too bland and didn't catch my eye. I don't like things too bright, so I was surprised when I found myself liking this bag, but the color brightness is perfect. It will be large enough to hold what I buy, and it feels great on my shoulder, with the stuff I put in it to test it. It has a rope with a small magnet to help the bag stay closed, which is nice and easy to open and close. It also has two pockets inside for small things, and one zippered part for private things. I can't wait for the chance to really use it! I know it will hold up to my abuse! And Zappos is the best like usual!

I got this bag in the red punch color and it is just adorable. It is made of some eco-friendly products as well. It's 55% jute (biodegradeable) and 45% cotton. Only four stars for style because the strap is a little too short for my taste (and long torso) to wear cross body. I still love it, though.

Zappos amazes me again. I ordered this bag at 9:00 pm Central time last night and it showed up via UPS the next day. At first glance I love the bag. I ordered the silver version and it's a great color without being too "bright metallic" for Fall. The bag strap can be shortened or lengthened to accommodate just how low or high one would like to wear it across the body. I love the flexibility and storage space with this bag. It's very lightweight material, too. It appears to be a winner. Great city bag or for Moms who want to keep their hands free, but need a good size bag.
