Love this coat! The color is amazing. It's a great length and really warm without being bulky. It fits over sweaters. The only thing I don't like is that the sleeves are a little too long.

Great jacket. Warm and not bulky. I ordered the gray and very pleased with the color. Felt not as harsh as the black. The sleeves are long enough and just feels great on! can't believe it is so warm yet so thin. Love it!

I ordered a Large, since I am 5'9 and the sleeves are very long on me and a little bulky around waist, Medium would of been better. Zipper is super obnoxious, very hard to zip and gets stuck. But very warm and comfy.

This is a nice jacket. It looks great, slightly fitted and not at all bulky,- yet warm enough to stand up to winter in Milwaukee. Runs slightly big. I normally wear extra small or small and ordered this in extra small. It fits perfectly with room enough for a sweater underneath. Super fast shipping, as always, from Zappos.

I live in Southeast Ohio where we enjoy some frigid temps but nothing too severe last very long. This is a great coat for the varying temperatures we see here. Light enough so that layering remains comfortable. Love the hood, love the length. As always, love the Zappos. According to North Face, I should wear a medium but I found this way too big. The Small is great for me and is still roomy but tailored looking. I give it 5 stars!

This is a very nice jacket but is shorter and shinier than I thought. I'm 5'7" and, although the size Small fit well, it barely covered my butt. Also, the "black" and the "shiny black" seem to be the same. I ordered the plain black and it was very shiny. I'm sending it back.

Love this coat! Very warm for being so light weight. Sizes must run big. I normally wear a L in coats but even with a hoodie underneath it's kinda loose and sleeves are very long and going to exchange for a medium. I want it to be more fitting like in the pic.

As you'd expect given that this is a North Face product, design and finish are top-notch; sizing is about accurate; color is pleasing and will coordinate nicely with the charcoal scarf I bought with it (both were Christmas gifts). She was delighted, therefore I was too. Can't say enough about Zappos customer service and delivery. It ranks in my top three of all online retailers.

This is my "go to" winter coat! I love it. It's lightweight but incredibly warm. I bought it in 2 colors. I'm 5'6" and 122# and the medium is perfect over my bulky winter sweaters. Zappos is my #1 online store!

I purchased this for my sister for Christmas. I'm really disappointed in it. The jacket is very lightweight & the down feather stuffing is coming out in various places. It was way too expensive for this to happen after 3 weeks!

North Face has done it again. I love this jacket. It's lightweight and very warm. A few shedding feathers but nothing to complain about. Love it! It has become my new #1 jacket and I have many. Zappos is #1 in customer satisfaction. Love you Zappos.

I love this jacket. The color is great - it has an opalescence without being too shiny. The hood comes off easily, but is nice to have, especially this winter. I also like the flattering length.
