I got this jacket after seeing my friend’s high school daughter wearing one. She had on a brown one and looked so soft and cuddly, I had to have one. I have a Denali already, and am very aware that TNF clothing are great, but have inconsistent sizing issues. I tried to find one around local shops to try on, but failed. I started reading reviews online and noticed that many people thought Oso ran a size or two small. I’m 5’5” and 110 lbs., and usually fit into XS clothing. I wanted to make sure that I could wear a sweatshirt or thick sweater if needed so I ordered black/small. When Oso arrived, I had on a sweatshirt on with t-shirt under it, and it fit perfect with plenty of room. I actually like the sleeve length (I do have normal/longer arm) and jacket length is hits below my jean pocket openings. The jacket does not shed at all is not snug at any places. I would say that it is well cut jacket for woman. The black one looks very slender and figure flattering shaped even with a sweatshirt under it. I would not recommend wearing this on a very windy or rainy/snowy day alone, but have a shell on. However, on other days, this would be very light and warm jacket.

Soft, comfortable, but runs a little small. My other Northfaces were x-small, but had to return this one for a small. The exchange was a cinch due to Zappos great customer service.

Love this jacket... super soft and adorable. Very warm and washes beautifully. I am a big fan of The North Face brand and this jacket does not disappoint. The toggles at the bottom allow you to customize your fit. Runs pretty true to The North Face sizing. Roomy enough to wear over sweatshirts. I love Zappos... ordered this around 9pm and got it the NEXT DAY. Free shipping... can’t beat it!

This was the jacket of my daughter’s dreams. I ordered it for her for Christmas, and am glad I read the Zappos reviews before I did. It is every bit as wonderful as everyone said AND it does run short in the arms (as other reviewers mentioned - seems to be a NF brand thing). She is 5’2” and about 100 lbs - I agonized between a small and a medium and am really glad I went with the medium because of the arm length. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

This is a great jacket! It runs true to size. I ordered the black and it did not shed at all as most reviews I read. I wear it when the temps are in the teens with a scarf and stay plenty warm without the heavy bulky feeling of heavy coats. I looked all over town for the jacket in the color and size I needed, without success. I ordered from Zappos mid Dec. and recieved the coat in 36 hours! I order from Zappos frequently because the service is excellent! I make returns without any problems. Zappos communicates so well via e-mail or from time-to-time have received a personal phone call! Order with confidence if you want to return you can!! Love the coat!

I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas at 6pm one evening and was delivered to my office by 10am the next morning. There are no shipping fees! It was a hard to find North Face jacket. I ordered this jacket in bittersweet brown for my daughter yesterday afternoon at 3:00 and and it arrived at 10:30 this morning. Wow! What great and fast service! My daughter immediately put the hoodie on over her pajamas and has not taken it off. She loves it and says that it is so soft and comfortable. I have a feeling that this jacket is going to be one of her all time favorite garments.

I bought this coat because my daughter has one and she loves it. It is very soft and warm. It is so comfortable her little brother sometimes wears it. I am 5'7" and 138 lbs and couldn't decide on whether to get the M or L (based on reviews saying it ran a little small). I went with the L and am glad I did because if I had bought the M, I don't think it would have been roomy enough to wear a sweater underneath. The L does not feel too big in the shoulders; therefore, I would say that it runs a little small because I have small shoulders and usually wear a M or sometimes a S top. Hope this helps those who may be trying to decide on which size to order. I bought the blue and love this jacket so much I may order it in a different color.

My daughter purchased this jacket several months ago & really liked it. Fit her true to size & very warm. My son decided to purchase one for his girlfriend (Christmas), (via mom). I will follow up with a great review once his girlfriend receives the jacket herself.

Super soft and comfy! I love this hoodie. It is really soft and comfortable. I got brown and it's just as expected, very cute. It should serve me well in a variety of midwest seasons. I have a lot of TNF stuff, pretty much every coat or jacket I own, and I found this to be run relatively large for North Face. I got an XS, and could easily have used an XXS if such size existed.

Warm and cozy - We got this for my daughter and it's perfect. Lightweight yet very warm. I can't wait for her to outgrow it so I can have it!

This is a really good hoodie - I love all North Face apparel, and this is a really cool hoodie. I ordered the black and the blue, but I kept just the black. I don't like jackets to be really tight, and I thought this would be slim fitting, but it worked out great!

This is the softest hoodie on the planet!!! I got it in the gypsy pink/brownie brown and I love the color. I believe it runs true to size because normally I wear an extra small but I got the small so I had a little extra room in it. The most mind boggling thing is I ordered this at 9:30 at night and got it at noon the next day!!!

Soft and very warm!!! I really like this jacket. It is warm and not bulky. Perfect for our weather here in LA. Just be sure to wash at least 3 times, by itself, before wearing to reduce shedding.

North Face hoodie - Incredibly soft. Fit is appropriate except the waist line seems a bit snug compared to the body. High quality...my new fave NF jacket. The blue color is great too.
