The North Face Women's Montana Glove
Great for skiing and excellent quality! It keeps me completely warm and dry. One negative issue is that when washed, the inside of the gloves take a lot of time to dry because we can't turn the inside out.

These gloves were warm and comfortable. They did a great job on keeping you dry with the many ways to tighten the gloves to keep water out. I would definitely recommend these for skiing although I wish they had a clip to attach to your jacket like most ski gloves do (I'm giving it 4 stars for style because I think the clip would make these perfect!).
I'd also recommend: Under Armour
