Awesome Jacket!!! Very warm and cuddly. Durable and stylish, yet incredibly functional. I love North Face, have multiple jackets made by them, and this is by far my favorite one! Zappos is such an awesome company and I try and give as much business as I can to them. Zappos rocks!

This lightweight coat packs a lot of warmth! The quality of the stitching and material is of the highest. Styling is very chic and all the teenagers love this jacket.

I bought this jacket for my 18-year old daughter for Christmas and she loves it. She wears it as a coat and the temps have been in the 20s at times and she hasn't complained at all. It washes very easily.

I originally ordered from the North Face site. My order was returned due to out of stock. I went to Zappos and the order was sent within 2 days. Perfect condition, perfect everything. I will check Zappos first on any new orders. Great service.

Bought this jacket for my daughter. She\'s 5\'7\'\' and is 135lbs. I got the medium and it fits perfectly. I think its a little pricey but she loves it and thats all that counts.

This coat is so unbelievably warm! It\'s great when it\'s windy because you can\'t feel a thing. It\'s a windbreaker and a winter coat all in one! I would buy some in every color if I had the money.

This is a great jacket. I purchased it for my daughter and she wears it all of the time. It is soft and comfortable. Fit is true to size. She is an XS but I originally ordered her a Small just so she would have some extra room but the Small was too large and the XS fits fine over her clothing.

This is my first review and that in itself already speaks volumes about how much I think of this company. I had heard of Zappos and seen a little of their philosophy about customer service, which is pretty much extinct now, but not with this company. They are excellent! Their response is immediate, their personnel extremely helpful and so nice and cost saving measures at every turn. I intend to do my shopping with them whenever possible; they make it so easy and convenient, and inexpensive. Especially the return policy, which is most important. I had stopped ordering because if you error or purchase something you just did not like, you have to pay the return shipping, not with them so it is simply a win win situation. Again, just great customer service!

Great jacket. Here in New England, we get cold mornings which a jacket is needed to warmer days which this makes the transitions easy! This handles both! Easy layering as well. Love the warmth North Face brings, and the easy to take care of! True to sizing; would definitely recommend!

I love it! It's great for anywhere it is cold. I even like the new soft material better than the older model Denali jacket. I recommend to all that like to be comfy. I gladly give it 5 stars.

This was a special gift for my granddaughter's 21st birthday. I was familiar with the product because she has the same jacket in brown but wanted black. Everything was as advertised, no unpleasant surprises. What was astonishing was that I ordered this jacket one afternoon around 3:00 PM and it was delivered the next day at 11:00 AM. Wow!
