Got this to combat the rainy season in Japan for 10 weeks as a faculty leader of an education abroad program. Excellent jacket all around, waterproof, windproof, light, easily tucked away. Great for layering, couldn't ask for better!Read more » « Show less April 20, 2012 by Anonymous

It is a windbreaker outwear, no lining, no inner pocket. It is very thin, no wool or cotton padding or insulation of any kind. It is not what I expected, that is why I returned it. Yes, if you will move your arms it will make noise.Read more » « Show less November 28, 2012 by Anonymous

More of a rain coat or windbreaker, not a full jacket. Great if you are going to be active while wearing. Super lightweight, waterproof, and strong construction. I purchased this jacket for and used it on my GoRuck Challenge in Kansas City, MO. It was raining almost the entire time. I wore the jacket for the first couple hours and only removed it because I was bone dry and burning up! After removing the jacket it was then used to tie together and pad two empty beer kegs we were carrying all over KC. I offered up the jacket knowing it might not make it through the night but when the sun was up over KC and the challenge was over I was pleasantly surprised to find the jacket had made it in one piece with no rips or tears.

Great outer shell. Bought this for a trip to Ireland and I simply paired this great light, water proof, and wind proof jacket with a sweater under it and was dry and warm the entire trip.
