I would've liked a little bit of arch support, but otherwise it's a really great flip-flop. Simple design, good cushioning, and fits snugly but not uncomfortably so. I'd buy again.

I got these hoping they would be a close comparison to the Flojos Hummer. I loved the Flojos, but at the time I purchase the North Face sandals the Flojos were much more expensive, and the NF were on sale. The NF flip-flop looked good upon arrival. The soul is a little rigid, not real soft like the Flojos. It may take some more breaking in. The egg-crate sole is not as raised as the Flojo either but it seems more sturdy, like it can handle some rough outdoor conditions. The NF Base Camp has more of the egg crate peaks, but they are not as soft as the Flojos Hummer. Still I like this flip flop due to its rugged design and the price. They may just need more breaking-in than other soft sole sandals.
I'd also recommend: Flojos Hummer

These are my favorite sandals. The "egg crate" type sole makes them very comfortable. I do find that they run about a size smaller than what I normally wear though.

Super. Takes a while for the toe strap to relax, but ok. Wish it had metatarsal support.

Got these for my husband and then father-in-law. They are super comfy and 'wife approved' as stylish too!
