Very good product. Lighter weight than the Danali jacket but still a substantial fleece suitable for cool weather or as a layer under a shell. Fit was true to size for my 9 year old. Looks nice and, after approx 1 month of wear, seems to be holding up well.

Great jacket! Runs true to size. From my experience with other NF products they will shrink after several washes. Not bad, just a bit.

Love this coat. It fits perfect and is very warm. I might get a different color next time as everything shows on black, and sticks to it. Other than that it is an excellent, warm coat.

I really wanted to get a North Face jacket for my son right before the holidays. I couldn't find one in any store in his size. I found this one on the Zappos site in a color that I didn't even know North Face made. My son loves the jacket -- wears it every day. It is a good weight for our milder Southern winters. I will say I think it runs slightly small. It definitely fits close to the body. Great jacket!

This seemed to be the perfect cold-weather coat for my 9 year old who doesn't like bulky jackets, but he didn't like the way he could feel the arm seams inside the jacket. We returned it and are on the lookout for a different North Face jacket.
