I was a little nervous ordering the jacket online because I was unsure of the sizing and when I did recieve the jacket it was really big. At first I got upset because I thought it was going to be a nightmare to exchange the jacket for smaller size. But much to my surprise it has been so simple. I got the one that was to big yesterday and I called to have it returned and I am getting the new one in today! I can not express how please I am with ZAPPOS! So if you are a little nervous to order this jacket or anything else I highly recomend it!

We havn\'t had any snow yet, so my daughter has only worn these around the house to make sure they fit. They are extremely warm. What I really like about them more than other boots is that even though the foot portion looks large, it fits her foot very nicely. No more sloshy boots! They even have arch support.

I had ordered this on the phone. Very helpful and courteous customer service. Also, received this item very quickly! This Denali jacket is very warm and comfortable to wear. I also like that it has zipped pockets and snap straps to hold gloves. Though it is not windproof, it is wind resistant and will work well for most of the cooler days where I live.

After looking through basically all the boots offered for snow and ice traction, this boot looks like it will be the best. The boot ran a full size smaller than size indicated, but Zappos with their excellent Customer Service remedied the problem immediately. Kudos to Zappos, they're the best!

Our two granddaughters needed jackets. They, of course, wanted the North Face brand. These Denali jackets are the perfect weight for most of the year in middle TN. The colors are beautiful, one was the Orchid Purple and the other was the brown. The kids love the comfort, warmth and softness.

These boots are wonderful, very lightweight. My grandson tried them on to see if they fit, they were perfect. He is 9 and wears a size 2 shoe. I bought a size 3 boot, and they were fine. Your children will love wearing these.

I saw my granddaughter on a Sunday and we talked about a jacket (size, color). Sunday evening I ordered the 'North Face Kids' jacket for her (in blue). Tuesday she had it on and called to let me know, "it's exactly what I wanted and really nice." (And what my friends are all wearing). Need I say more? Nice work Zappos. Thank you.

We like the jacket, but I am not sure it will withstand the Wisconsin Winter. Normally we have gone with much heavier coats, but this year we decided to try this North Face piece. I think it will work as a go between, but not quite cut it for the real Wisconsin zero degree chills. The jury is out, but we will give it a go!

Warm and comfortable. Seems a bit thin, but when I have it on it is as warm as my sweatshirt. Good for layering, works very well under a shell. Very soft and comfy.

My 10 year old wears this every day! He does not like bulky winter coats so this is perfect. Sometimes he wears a hoodie under it when it is really cold. I have already washed it a few times and still like new.

My grandson wanted this jacket for his birthday. It is a high end label, but he wanted no other. Warm, great quality, fit good, but if in doubt, go one size larger. Zappos, as usual, is #1 in customer service. They always do it right.

My 9 year-old daughter loves this jacket. It seems warm enough for the fall weather here (east coast) when mornings can be in the mid-40s. The fleece material seems a notch above other fleece jackets that she's had, and it washes well. Would highly recommend.

Finally, pants that fit. If you have child with a small waist, but long legs, these are the pants for you! Very cozy and warm. Would recommend highly.

The best! If you have an active little guy (or girl) that hates big coats this is perfect! It's just as warm as a thicker coat, but is just a little heavier than a regular hoodie. The waterproof hood, shoulders and upper half is great for cold rainy or snowy days. We just ordered our 3rd one and I am thrilled that they make them all the way up to adult sizes.

Zappos.com is the best online distributor of fine clothing/shoes, especially for children. I originally bought this jacket in grey in size 4/5 for my 4-year-old, but returned it for 5/6 in black, hassle-free! He loves it, and I know the jacket will keep him well-insulated during those cold winter recesses to come. Please note that the picture for the black hoodie is inaccurate. The upper panels are solid black, with no print (except for the logo, of course). Consider ordering 1 size larger than the age of your child. (Example, Order 10/12, for a 9-year-old.) I ordered a black xl jacket for my daughter on November 5th at about 5:00 pm. Could not believe it was at my doorstep the next day at about 3:00 pm. So incredibly happy with Zappos! They have the best customer service ever! My daughter loves her jacket and I also ordered 2 for my boys as well, so they all look so cute in matching jackets. So thick soft, and warm, couldn't ask for more and with Zappos service the whole experience was fabulous! Thank you Zappos, will be back!

I ordered 2 of these, one for my son and one for my boyfriend's son on November 5th at about 5:00 pm. We received these the next day about 3:00. Wow, I just love Zappos! The boys were so excited because they get to take them on our trip up to the cabin this weekend. I more wanted to thank Zappos for the best customer service ever! However, the jackets are well worth the money, so incredibly soft, thick and warm. Very happy! Oh, and I did order one for my daughter as well, she loves hers also. Thanks again Zappos!

I bought this jacket for my daughter and it's been great. It arrived so fast I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter loves it and when she wears a hoodie under it, it can carry her through colder days. She loves to wear it all the time. It's very durable too.
