I bought these boots for my husband and they are extremely comfortable. The problem with them is the fit. There is excessive heel room with a cramped toe cavity. My husband has pretty small feet being a size 8 medium. I read the reviews and originally ordered him an 8 1/2. These are still too small and i am exchanging them for a size 9.

I ordered these for my husband who is a size 9 and they are so small that he could not even get his foot in them. He would need to go up to a size 11 the top is so small to put a foot in. They are nice looking boots but we are returning them due to the bad design.

Hasn't been too snowy in New England yet this year, but the few times I've gotten to wear them have been good. Definitely order a 1/2 size or full size larger than you think you need, esp if you plan of wearing thick socks underneath. Careful driving in them, I found it more difficult than expected to move my foot from gas to brake.

I ordered these for my fiance for Christmas and he loves them. They are so easy to put on for taking the dog out. He says they are so warm and very comfortable. Based on other reviews I ordered a half size up and they fit him perfectly.

Tight in the toe box and too much room in the heel. I have moderately wide feet but usually do not require wide sizes.

I bought these for my 15-year old son who seemed to be borrowing my own pair of North Face Arctic Pull-Ons. I bought them a couple of years ago so I guess they are the 1.0 version of the boot. The shape of the toe is a little different on the current version, somewhat squarer. We are both an 11.5D. I tried on his new boots when he said they felt snug, and indeed, there seems to be less volume from the toe box all the way back to the ankle than in my older pair. They feel the way a ski boot that fits well should feel: you feel pressure, but not uncomfortably, and your foot is definitely not moving inside the boot. Perhaps this is just because they're new and the insulation hasn't been compressed a bit by wear. You could either go with your exact size, count on them loosening up with wear, or go a 1/2 size larger, particularly if you plan on using a heavier sock. I really like my older version of this boot, which is warm, waterproof, and durable, and, as winter boots go, decent-looking.
