These are the most comfortable walking sandals ever. I walk two miles daily and have worn these in preference to my Nike walking shoes for the last three months. There is more support in the sandals, deeper reserves of "bounce," and room for air to move about my feet. No socks required!

This is the first pair of Tevas I have owned and they are absolutely the best sandals for all types of terrain. Having recently visited the Galapagos Islands, these sandals were comfortable and gave good traction on boulder strewn paths, volcanic rock, sand and were great for wet landings from the zodiacs. Even our naturalists (guides) wore them.

These sandals are wonderful. I had looked all over for athletic sandals that had an open toe, and they've gotten hard to find. Also, my feet are hard to please; usually the footbed/arch support are uncomfortable. These are wonderful, cushy and supportive. However, they are cushy enough that walking on them is a bit like walking in sand; harder work than usual, so they really work your calves and feet, a good thing but tiring at first. But I love them. And Zappos is great. I needed a smaller size; no charge to return ship, and no charge for any shipping at all. Quick delivery, all I could ask.

Very comfortable sandal. I have wide feet and arch pain. I can walk all day in these. Saved me from wearing sneakers all summer.

I enjoy the styling, the way the straps fit my foot, and the arch support. I looked at other athletic sandals, but these are by far the most comfortable.

Teva and Zappos have partnered together to launch The Naturist, a new online web series, starring Gavin McInnes. The Naturist is often called an outdoor expert. We completely agree... he is an expert at what not to do while outdoors. Fortunately, he has one thing going for him, the new Teva© Riva. Thanks to features like an aggressive lug design and a waterproof and breathable membrane, The Naturist can be sure that even when everything else goes wrong, his feet will still be comfortable and protected.

Founded in 1984, Teva began with an unassuming Grand Canyon River Guide and an idea that would become the world's very first Sports Sandal.

The first pairs of Teva footwear were sold out of a van to friends and fellow boaters at the various put-ins along the river. Coupling the freedom of a flip-flop with the security of an ankle strap, the "Original" was an instant hit and quickly became the shoe of choice within the guide community.

From this beginning a culture of passion for outdoor adventure has defined the Teva lifestyle. The name Teva, pronounced "Teh'-vah", comes from a Hebrew word meaning nature and the hand in the logo is derived from the symbolic language of the Hopi people. When translated, the hand is a symbol for friendship and the spiral a symbol for water, giving Teva their creed: "friendship with water."

Moving into the next 25 years, Teva remains committed to both the innovation in footwear suited for the adventurous lifestyle and the protection of the earth's waterways.

Sandals were comfortable from the start. True to size. Very nice arch support and feels soft on your feet. Very easy to adjust I really like these sandals and would definitely recommend. Much better cushioning than the less expensive model. Worth the extra money.

I absolutely love these shoes! Not only are they the most comfortable sandals I've ever had, they also have a good cushiony footbed. I didn't have to break them in at all; I wore them to the state fair the very day I got them and got compliments on the color and style. I ordered them on Monday and received them the very next day. Zappos is amazing, I no longer shop in the stores for my shoes! I have back, neck, and knee problems so any shoe I wear must have good arch support. This one has it and more! I would highly recommend this sandal because it's sturdy, supportive, and stylish to boot.

This shoe is great -- something in the sole makes me all bouncy every time I wear them, a big spring in my step. And they are Tevas -- need I say more?

The Terra-Fi Tevas are super-comfy and useful. I wear them all the time for biking and hiking, trekking back and forth to the pool, and soon for some river adventures. With that said, I ordered the size seven, which I feel run a little large. I usually wear 7-7.5 in dress shoes, and probably could have gone with a 6.5. Also, the color in the picture looks very vibrant (I ordered the red print), but the Tevas I received looked faded like I got a display pair. All in all, very good shoes that I am wearing a lot, but they could have been a little better.

I ordered my Tevas on a Monday morning and we were leaving for Disney on Sunday. I wanted to take them with me but knew they wouldn\\\'t arrive on time so I asked my neighbour to pick them up if they came while we were away. On Thursday afternoon there was a knock at the door and there they were. I took other shoes and band-aids for backup but I ended up wearing them all day, every day for a week at Disney and Seaworld with no blister in sight. Tevas feel like they have the cushioning of a running shoe and are great for walking but they do equally well on rocky terrain feeling safe and snug even when wet. I was very happy to find these in a size 12. I wore men\\\'s Tevas before but now I have a better fit in a colour I actually like. Overall a great first experience - speedy shipping to Canada, a comfortable shoe and a good selection of large sizes.

I bought a pair of Teva\'s many (many) years ago called Terradactyl. They are rugged but comfortable. They are still great. But now? The newer styles are made more cheaply and are not as good overall.Inner straps before were solid piece and all fabric covered across the top of the foot.(inside-against the skin side) Now -- wierd split things and rougher cheaper "foam". Also - why do designers put their info labels into the straps where they will rub against the wearers skin??!I will have to try and remove the labels.( A simple feel test would tell you that this area is too rough for most ankle skin areas, esp when the ankle bends a lot -- just feel it with your hands)I will keep these sandals even tho they are not as good as they should be because other Tevas I have tried have been worse. But with a solid longtime brand name like Teva, the makers should try harder to make a better sandal instead of relying on their reputation to carry them. Sorry but I am disappointed in the quality of these sandals. Esp when compared with earlier models. You can do better.\r\n

Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked
Well made but too wide - My foot is slightly narrow and these are too wide, the toe strap will not tighten enough to keep the front of my foot from sliding sideways across the shoe. They seem well made and enough support and cushion for walking a few miles my foot moves around in them too much just in the house, would be worse in wet conditions. I would definitely try narrow if it was available.

I recently purchased my (TEVA TERA fi 2) sandals. I ABSOLUTELY love them - I walk, jog, bike ride, and Shop in them. They are really cushiony and instantly comforting, no break in required.. YEAHHHHH!!!

I am disappointed in this Teva sandal. The straps are stiff and cut into my feet. The back of the ankle strap does not stay in place. The top sole is grooved and after walking for an hour or so, they begin to irritate the bottom of my feet. I can\'t seem to find a pair of Teva\'s with a smooth, fabric-like top sole. I have an old pair with that feature, unfortunately, discontinued. I keep trying other styles, at $70-80 a pair, but they are uncomfortable. \r\n(in my case, I also need a high, stiff arch)

Just don't fit right - I have old Tevas that I adore, but sadly, they no longer have traction and I was biting it left and right on wet rocks. So, I broke down and bought new ones in my normal size, 6 1/2. They were huge, so I returned them for a 6. I thought the 6 was okay, but once my feet were wet, I realized how much room there was in the shoe. My foot was sliding around and no amount of over-tightening the straps made them secure enough for my liking in water. I am very unhappy with this shoe. It's nothing like the fit of the old Teva. The straps have an underside which makes them softer against your skin, but they are overall bigger, bulkier and just don't fit right. I wish I wasn't stuck in the Grand Canyon with them. Not only were they disappointing, but I had to wear them (only sandals I took), so now I'm stuck with them. Bummer. Going to look for a pair of Keens made for water before making another trip that requires water shoes.

These shoes are awesome! I ordered them to take on a trip to Colorado I am so glad I did. They were comfortable right out of the box. I hiked and walked miles without any blisters or pain. I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes I am a nurse and after years of abuse of my feet I go for comfort. Not only are these comfortable they are cute on. Of course buying from Zappos was a wonderful experience. I ordered them one day had them the next. I have had nothing but great luck with Zappos and would highly recommend them. Thank you Teva and Zappos!

You can\'t go wrong with Teva. The Terra Fi2 fit great right out of the box. Comfortable, cushy, and great support. I wanted a shoe I could hike in, run around with the kids or dog, and get wet. This shoe fits the bill. I had a similar shoe from Teva that last nine years (no joke). They look tattered -- but the sole held up well.

Fits great, plenty of width adjustability even for my narrow feet. A little stinky, but that's how rubber sockless sandals seem to become. They're holding up quite nicely for the 4 weeks or so I've had them and survived the rough & tumble week of RAGBRAI wearing and transporting across Iowa.

I have to say that I was fairly disappointed with these Tevas. The lower priced version (Hurricane?) which I had previously owned had more comfortable straps and much better arch support.
