These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn...ever. Besides being stylish their comfort is unbelievable. I have vascular problems in my legs and feet and these are the only shoes that I have found right out of the box that provided comfort and support. I cannot say enough! Other than buy these shoes!

Got full size bigger than marked. Left shoes had Ankle area narrower than right shoes. Teva doesn't make shoes as they used to do.

This is a really comfortable boot, probably the most comfortable I've owned. It has good support, top to bottom but it is probably best used for light hiking or everyday use. The other reviews helped me choose a half size larger which definitely added to this boot's comfort. Each time I have used Zappos, the service and staff have been great.

Word of advice....if you want the most comfortable pair of shoes you have EVER put on your feet, simply buy a pair of these. They are plush from top to bottom. Well, that is, except the wonderous, semi-rigid Vibram sole. Some of the best leather I've seen in a long time. This is not a 'tough' hiking boot. The ankle support is just not there. However, for very light day hikes where extreme comfort is #1, these really fit the bill. Did I mention they are comfortable? I hope so. I can't wait to see the next reviews on these boots. I wear Mizuno running shoes daily and these Tevas are more comfortable than them. Plus, the breathability of the leather (along with the Event lining) makes them super waterproof without burning your feet up. I know three people with these shoes and they all love them. I ended up returning them to Zappos due to the overly comfortable nature. I hike 5 plus miles in a day and they're not that type of boot. I needed something a bit stiffer and, yes, a bit more uncomfortable. For everyday or hikes on groomed trails, they would be great. For all your fitment needs, here's some advice-- due to the tank like nature of the toe protection(it's VERY sturdy), the front of the boot is extremely rigid. I am a 9.5 spot on and took a 10 in this boot. The toe box is med-large with zero hotspots. The fitment of the ankle holds it dead in it's tracks. I'll venture to say there is little to no break in, either. If this review helps one other person find what a great boot this is, my job is done. Many props to TEVA. The sandal company really can make boots! When my everyday boots wear out, I'm coming back for these...And, I might mention... ZAPPOS, hands down, has the best customer service IN THE WORLD. Seriously, I think the workers there are some of the happiest on earth and are eager to help. I love the selection and really love the customer service. I'll be back!

Overall great boots. I did feel they ran a half size small but so do most boots. They are comfortable to wear and stylish enough to wear with jeans. I feel that these are more of a shoe/boot cross so I wouldn’t expect these to be used for heavy pack hiking trips.
