GREAT SHOE!!! Comfortable, perfect for summer and for an active child. My son can only wear Stride Rites b/c his feet are wide, but these shoes are both wide enough and true to size, so unlikely to be returned. I bought both colors!

Teva Toachi - We tried this shoe compared to the Kamik Kids Jetty (similar style). This shoe is a little shorter in the footbed (Kamik is long, so this one may be true to size, while leaving a bit of growing room), has a little more bounce in the footbed, and the sole is a little more flexible. The toe-covering piece is also really flexible while still providing protection. It fits my son the best of several sandals we've tried--however, a heel adjustment would improve the fit.

These shoes seem like they would be very comfy, the shoe opens COMPLETELY for on and off, (and so also easy to clean) and the fabric is stretchy. They run a little long (leaving room to grow), but didn't work for us as my son has narrow, slender feet and ankles. The front piece would have had to roll just a little under the ball of his foot. A size down might fit width-wise, and this may be the experience of others whose kids have narrower feet.

My daughter loves this shoe. They are easy to put on with only a velcro strap. She usually wears a size 2 extra wide in most shoes, but a size 3 in this shoe works well for her. Teva is a quality product and Zappos is wonderful.

These Tevas are right on for active kids this summer. This sandal is easy for a kid to get on and off. It is comfortable like a sneaker so they can run and play around. They won’t fall off on the playground!

These shoes are great. I’m a smaller adult, and I find the kids size 6 fits great. They are very comfortable and durable. I wear these when I kayak or go to the beach, and sometimes when I go hiking. They are machine washable. This is great considering how dirty they tend to get as mine are used on all sorts of terrain (mud, salt water, etc). I’m sure these would be a great sandal for children, especially active ones.

These are the best sandals for kids with stinky feet. The Microban works great. Easy to put for the independent toddler. Only drawback is the can cause blisters if you don’t tighten up the straps.

These are very durable everyday shoes. My son likes the soft cushioned sole. One small problem: the little flap that covers his ankle tends to wrinkle and scoot down, so the strap ends up rubbing his skin. Socks would solve the problem but these shoes aren't really designed for socks. He just has to pull on them occasionally and adjust the strap.

These shoes were purchased for my 9 yo son. Comfortable water shoes with toe protection. Nice ventilation on sides. Easy on/off. Wish there were better color choices.

This is the third summer in a row I've bought this same style for my son because I love it. Very comfy, rugged, and it has the odor-resistant soles that I can't live without in a summer sandal.

My daughter uses these shoes as water shoes. They're very light-weight and they dry quickly. She doesn't like the other Teva styles, but she likes these! (She has the gray with pink accents.)

Great shoe but falling apart already! My son needed a shoe for camp that would let his feet breathe but keep all the little rocks and other debris out...this shoe seemed perfect. He loved the look of it and once he tried them on, told me they were super comfortable. He's worn them just a handful of times to get used to them before he takes them to summer camp. The problem is that the stitching is coming undone in several places already, and he hasn't even worn them a dozen times yet!! I am disappointed in the quality of the workmanship on these. He won't let me send them back because he loves them, and I really hope they hold together long enough for summer camp, but I would have sent these back for the many places the stitching has started to come undone on both shoes. Buy with caution!!!

These are the best shoes my daughter has ever had. I am now buying these shoes for the third time! They hold up great, keeps the sand out of the house that she used to collect from the playgrounds. We keep buying them every time she moves up to the next size.

I LOVE these sandals, as does my 2 and a half year old. I wasn't sure which size he would need so ordered two and returned one - thanks Zappos. My som says these "feel nice" and wears them all days walking very well in them - so no problems with comfort, they also look very cool. Will get another pair next year.

Wonderful shoes. Great for narrow feet. I have bought these two years in a row for our 3.5 year old boy. Strongly recommend for comfort if you child has "sensitive" feet.

This shoe is great. I bought it for my son because we were going to Disney and Sea World and I wanted a shoe that was comfortable for walking and could also get wet. It proved a winner for both. My son loves them, even though they were brand new, they didn’t even need to be broken in for maximum comfort. Also, the customer service at Zappos was great. They shipped two different colors because I couldn’t decide and got them to me overnight and told me to return the ones I didn’t want. Now that’s how to make a customer happy so that they want to order again.

Love these sandals. I liked my pair and bought some for my almost 3 year old son. He loves them—i.e. no complaints about the fit. We go on walks, he can run, jump, and play at the playground. These are supportive and offer protection for their toes. He has a narrow foot and they work well.

I ordered these shoes for my 5 and 4 year old children. They are great because of the covered toe. They are also easy to put on and take off. I highly recommend these shoes. I ordered one incorrect size and Zappos was so good about the exchange. The new pair was on my door step a day later.

This is the third pair of Teva sandals that I bought since my daughter was born (she's now 4 y.o.). One pair of sandals lasted 2 summers. This one is so cute and she absolutely loves it. Our family loves Teva sandals because they’re so versatile - wet or dry. Thanks Teva. Wish there were more cool designs though.
