A very high quality thong typical of Teva. There is a pronounced resiliency felt through the foot bed while walking. This translates to one very comfortable flip flop that puts a spring in one's step. One can definitely feel the arch support too. The sole is sufficiently thick to prevent sharp rocks and other debris from causing a lot of pain. The sole also has an open lug pattern and does not seem to hold dirt and mud as tenaciously as some other brands. Good stable footing on both dry and wet surfaces.

Love these sandals. If you need high arch sandals with a soft feel to your feet, these are them! I wear a 10 in womens and needed the 9 in mens. I have bunions, and there was plenty of room for those, too!

I had previously purchased a similar pair. They were too big. So I ordered these and they are about a size smaller than normal, but they fit perfectly. Very comfortable. Very cool looking. I love them, and I am super-picky when it comes to flip-flops/slippahs.

I bought these shoes because I needed a sandal to wear with arch support. These shoes are very comfortable and have great arch support. These shoes are perfect for men or women. I\'m actually a woman with a size 12 wide foot, and these shoes in size 10 fit great.

I have two pairs of these shoes in different colors and I love them! They are very comfortable even for walking quite a bit. They don\'t provide quite the support that a Chaco sandal does, so if you are going to be leaving smooth surfaces this might not be the best choice. Also, by the fact that they are not lashed to your feet like a Chaco style sandal is, your feet can feel a bit more tired after longer walks. However, this has not been a real issue for me and the superior comfort of the Katavi footbed versus my Chacos more than makes up for the slightly less support. I highly recommend these shoes!

Pleasantly surprised by these sandals. Took a week or two to break them in, but after that they felt very comfortable. The soles appear very durable and provide a stable foundation.

I've bought many thong sandals. Columbia Tango Thong is the very best. Unfortunately they are now discontinued. This Teva Katavi Thong is a close second. The footbed is well formed, and very comfortable (even with no arch support). They run a little large. I normally wear a 10.5, but the Katavi 10 is a perfect fit for me. One other thing...the sole thickness is just right. So many I've bought are too thick, or too thin, like the Teva Hurricane 3. I can't close without plugging Zappos. They continue to be head-and-shoulders above the rest.
