It probably sounds sick to say this but I am IN LOVE WITH ZAPPOS! I look and look for ways to offer any suggestions that I might have to send you to make your business better. Alas, I come up short of a good idea for you. However, I must ask you if you have any small Zappos’ badges. I have had many very happy times with Zappos and their adorable people, my incredibly sensitive feet thanks you 365 times - one for each 24/7. I simply CANNOT buy shoes from any other store, simply can't. If I were asked to name one US Company who served their customers (friends) well all of the time, I would name Zappos! Thanks for helping us to keep our faith in US business. We need it now more than ever as you know. I could go on and on but you get my drift! Blessings to each and every one of you.

I want to tell you that you are, by far and away, the BEST retail store on the internet. The fast shipping, the easy returns, and HUGE selection, and the informative descriptions makes Zappos unbeatable. I have always had problems finding narrow shoes that fit well. My search is over! Wow, thanks for the free delivery! I'm so excited to get the shoes! I've only ordered once before from Zappos and had to return because the shoes didn't fit properly. Everything was so easy and your selection is fantastic! I have a narrow foot so it's a challenge to even find a store that carries narrows, much less one that has any stylish choices. I couldn't believe it when I typed in "narrow" and had pages and pages to choose from! I'm in shoe heaven!!! Your service is also fantastic. The delivery was quick, the return couldn't have been simpler, and there was no problem with the refund. I'm definitely telling everyone I know about!!! Thanks from your newest fan!

Dear Friends at Zappos, How many times today have you heard people shouting… 'YOU ARE THE GREATEST!?' How did you get our Uggs here so fast! Amazing! Wonderful! Zappos gets everything right, first time, 200% of the time. We love you, Zappos. Here we are, displaced native Californians, refugees from Monterey Bay area. Most times we take the time to email or write when we are not happy with service or products. Not in this case. I feel it's important to tell you how great I think your service is at Zappos. I just wanted to drop you a line to express my feelings on your return dept...I couldn't believe how quickly you took care of my return...A few days ago I sent back a pair of shoes that where too tight for me...It wasn't your shoes but my feet that have gotten alittle wider. Today I got a email from you stating you received the shoes and have already started processing my refund...we do a lot of shopping online and this is the first time we have ever had such a quick response. Hi, I think you people are running an amazing online company. My husband was shocked when I told him that you ship THE SAME day you receive an order if it is before 3pm PT. Because there was a shoe I was interested in that you did not carry, I did order from another company. They were slow to ship, and I had to pay the return shipping when the shoes did not fit. I have told everyone that I know about your site, the fast shipping, great selection, and the generous return policy. I really admire the way you are conducting your business. Best Regards,

Well I am glad that you guys worry about your customers overall satisfaction. It is nice to know that you guys actually read my comment about the shoes and in a nut shell offered me $20 because of the mishap. Just because you guys cared enough about me you guys can keep the 20 bucks and I'll just keep the shoes. I did order the same brand of shoes before but from and there was no odor. I just have to comment on how wonderful is. I received my orders promptly after placing them. Unfortunately 4 out of the 5 pairs of boots I ordered didn't fit (my feet are really fat). I did the return on Monday. By Wednesday I had already received confirmation of the return and credit., you rock!!!! Thanks so much. Truthfully, I wish I could make a suggestion on how you can improve your service. But I can't because your service is outstanding. I wanted the Uggs for my granddaughter so of course I turned to Nordstrom. It would be eight weeks before the Uggs would be delivered and her birthday was in ten days. My daughter suggested I try Zappos and my reply was "What is Zappos?" Well I quickly found out. It was easy to register, easy to order and delivery was exactly what you advertise. My comment to my daughter was "Yeah, I bet I'll have the Uggs in no time." She said, "You will Mom, I use them all of the time." And NO postage. What could be better than all of the above? This is an era when the word "service" means very little. You've restored my faith in the word. Thank you and you can be certain you have a repeat customer. Lake Oswego, Oregon

Hi there! I am just writing because my Customer Service Experience has been so AMAZING that I needed to document it. I am usually any company's nightmare client, with Zappos the process has been smooth, easy and great...The best part is that when I call, it has not been two good CS Reps and one bad one or anything like that. Every single Cust Serv Rep that I have talked to has been incredibly cool and HELPFUL. My biggest regret is not finding the shoe I wanted so I could buy it and financially support such a great company!!!
