I love the design and fit of these shoes, but upon first inspection I had concerns about the stitching connecting the tongue to the upper. It was sparse and it looked like it could easily be pulled out. But then I thought "No, surely a pair of shoes at this price would be constructed better than that." Well, I wore them for the first time last night, to a wedding, and hours into the evening (even before the dancing) that tongue popped right loose. Really disappointing because I love the style!
