The package arrived a day earlier which was awesome. Thanks to Zappos. The shoe looks very stylish and elegant but it's really, really narrow. For the price of the shoe, it's far, far away from the word comfortable. I wore it first time this morning and walked about a mile to the office (on road) and the sole bottoms are already worn out. I am only 150 lbs by the way (I wish there was a way to post a pic). Overall, I don’t know where the shoes are supposed to be worn. Only inside buildings?

Very nice shape. Not as pointy as the still image suggests. I am between sizes. I opted for the smaller size. The leather has not yet stretched. Shoe feels very well constructed. This shoe is relatively slim for the US.

Do not buy these shoes! While I love Ted Baker for suits and shirts, these shoes were awful. I bought them for the style but the quality is very poor. Within a few weeks of wearing them the sole wore down and once I went out in the rain I could feel the dampness through the bottom of the shoe. Thankfully Zappos were brilliant and gave me a full refund. Stay away from these and buy Ted Baker shoes with caution!

I've owned these shoes for 2 months. I rotate shoes during the week so these are not typically worn on consecutive days. The shoes look fantastic if you desire a sleek, fashionable look through utilization of a classic, clean look with an elongated toe. The leather is decent and overall the shoe is quite comfortable. I suspect it will be prone to lose its shape after prolonged use without proper care via a shoe tree, assuming that will be a key success factor in longevity of shape. Heads up -- Flaw -- Most important -- There is a fundamental, significant shortcoming of this shoe: the sole. The underside of the shoe degrades quickly (a matter of 10 - 14 days if not less) and moisture easily penetrates the shoe through the sole when walking, even just briefly, in damp/wet conditions. If you only wear these shoes in an interior environment you'll be okay with shoe wear and rapid degradation of the sole won't be a concern. However, that's not realistic if you walk even a few yards on concrete/pavement daily. Don't be lured by their stylish design. The lack of practical wear/use has rendered me quite disappointed with this shoe. I cannot recommend these shoes and quite frankly will not consider Ted Baker fashions ever again based on this experience. All the best in your quest to cover your feet with a sexy, practical, long lasting and good quality shoe for a fair [subjective] price.

Exactly as described! Comes with an extra pair of laces (brown), but the plum ones are much cooler! Keep in mind that it's a very slim sole, so don't expect a tennis shoe feel. If you want the latest look to go with form-fitting pants, these are it! I liked them so much, I bought them in black as well.

Ted Baker is one of the best shoes I have ever owned. People who complain about the sole have clearly never owned a pair of designer shoes before. You must take the shoes to your local cobbler and have him attach an after-market sole on the bottom of the shoe... didn't it seem weird when you were sliding around while walking?? I've had my current pair for 2.5 years and I basically have worn them at least 5 days a week during that time period. Very well made shoes, which is why I'm buying a pair again.

One of the most stylish shoes I've seen. Simple, clean lines, with almost no embellishment. Retro design with gobs of modern sophistication. I got compliments from people who normally wouldn't even admit that they had noticed I was wearing any shoes. Beautiful leather upper. Extremely comfortable. Soft and easy, but durable heel. Only downside is the sole. Much like others have experienced, if this is an everyday shoe, you'll want to see a cobbler for a sturdier sole after a month or two (depending on how much time you spend on your feet). Overall, best shoe purchase I've made.

Nice, subtle shoe, not nearly as pointy as the video makes them out to be. Unless you're only going to wear them indoors, plan on having a cobbler add a thin bit of rubber to the bottom.
