Astonishingly comfortable shoe, but they do run 1/2 size smaller as stated on the site. Also this could bind if you have a very high arch as the elastic on the instep is snug. Stylish with both slacks and skirts. The heel is a perfect height.

Best shoes in every way! These are the best shoes I've ever had! I have wide feet, narrow heels, super high arches, and neuromas in the soles of both feet. It couldn't be much worse. I have two pairs of Kelsey’s and they are the most comfortable shoes I own. I still wear Birkenstocks in the summer and boots in the winter, but these are the best. I can't afford them but I buy them anyway. I wish I'd started wearing them years ago. Don't wait for the price to go down because they'll be sold out. Just suck it up. They're worth every penny.

Very comfortable - This is one of the few shoes I've owned which did not need to be broken in before walking in them all day. The fact that there is no seam and they wrap midway around your foot is the key. Of course, the fact that they come down so low on your foot also makes them look more matronly. That's why I got the one that glitters. It looked more fun to me. They are very well made. They took a real beating after 2 weeks sightseeing abroad and look brand new.

KELSEY - I have never EVER spent this much money on a pair of shoes! Kelsey is a prime example of "You get what you pay for". I put them on, caught a plane for a trip and wore them almost daily with suits and skirts. VERY comfortable from the minute I put them on and that's what it's all about! I hope they last a long time.

Kelsey- Great comfortable shoes fit like a glove. The only thing you might want to do is get them a little loose so you could put padding under the ball of your foot for extra cushion. They are beautiful shoes. When Taryn Rose first started making shoes, I thought they were very homely and didn't think I would own almost every pair that she makes this season. They are beautiful, great quality and extremely comfortable. I wish they were a little more affordable... but so far that hasn't made a difference in whether I buy them or not.

Taryn Rose Kelsey- I originally saw this pair of shoe in a store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago a couple of years ago and tried it on. I had no clue what the brand was and when I found out the price, I just walked away. Now that I am a working mom with a 2 year-old, I have been looking everywhere for something comfortable to wear both at work and on weekends. After doing some research and reading the reviews on Zappos.com, I decided to buy these shoes even though they cost much more than what I usually put in a pair of shoes. I have absolutely NO regret. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had, and unbelievably light. I just love them. They are really cute with a pair of jeans or a black pant, as well as a long casual skirt. They really are as comfortable as a pair of slippers and I highly recommend these shoes. I just wish that there would be an alternative version with a slightly higher heel to accommodate more dressier pants (I am only 5'3). I also had to get a half size bigger, I am a true 7.5 but the 8 fits me just right.

Good comfortable dress shoe- I was looking for a dressy, comfortable flat shoe to wear out to dinner with pants when traveling. This is it. Unfortunately, I had already bought a pair of Chanel classic flats which I'd already worn on a trip before I found these and boy, are these more comfortable. When I travel, I wear Saucony trail shoes during the day when I'm walking a lot. At night, I need something a little dressier. I have lots of "cab shoes," Manolos, etc., but this is great for walking around. In a pump, with hose, I wear 5 1/2. With socks, I generally wear a 6, which is what I wear in these.

Unbelievably comfortable - Once these are broken in (only a couple of days, if that), they feel like bedroom slippers you can use outside. Yet they're as stylish as any casual shoe.

Kelsey is a wonderful shoe - Taryn Rose’s Kelsey is a great shoe. In comparison to Taryn Rose Serena, the Kelsey is narrower, not quite as long, and not a dressy looking. It also doesn’t feel like it has as much arch support as the Serena (however it still has excellent arch support), but it is really very comfortable anyway. While I need to wear the Serena with thick socks, I can easily wear the Kelsey with nylons. I’m very happy with this shoe and it is much better looking in person (and on) than one can tell in its pictures. Difficult to go wrong, even considering the price!

Taryn Rose Kelsey - This shoe may not be the cutting edge of trendy shoes, however, it is perfect with pants and does not look bad...it feels GREAT! I have had surgery on my feet several times and these shoes are wonderful. I am able to walk all day and never feel pinched. My feet swell and this shoe grows with your feet. I own several pairs of Taryn Rose, and although they are very expensive, they are worth every cent for the sake of comfort. Happy feet make me feel good!

Brands I'd also recommend: Different varieties of Taryn Rose...you do need to try them on because not all are cut alike.

very soft and comfortable. I saw you (Taryn) on the Oprah show some time ago. Then, my girl friend went to the mainland and got the Kelsey and told me how comfortable it was. I have a hard time finding a good, comfortable shoes. Everytime, I buy one, my feet hurts. So far, I am enjoying it.

Taryn Rose: The Perfect Shoe for Problem Feet - My feet are extremely sensitive. This shoe hugs the foot but never binds or pinches. The shoe is "foot" shaped, with an oblique sole and higher toe box. At least four other manufacturers have been impressed enough by this design to create lower-priced knockoffs, which do not approximate the fit or comfort of the Taryn Rose. The orthopedist tells me I'm "walking on my bones," so I wear a Birkenstock foam and leather, 3/4 length, dress shoe insert in the Taryn Rose, which beefs up the arch and provides metatarsal padding in this lightweight, elegant shoe. This insert does not distort the fit of the shoe. I note this style is available with a higher heel; I wish it were available with a one-inch dressy heel instead of the casual wedge. The Taryn Rose is one of the few shoes on the market today that runs true to measured foot size. Most shoes are made larger than measured size as a marketing ploy.

Taryn Rose Kelsey - I love it!!! The fit was just as expected. It is so very comfortable, almost like wearing no shoe at all. Stylewise, I thought it looked rather like an older persons shoe but, when I wear it--it is very stylish and modern.

I BELIEVE!I - My first Taryn Rose shoe and boy was I thrilled. I may never wear any other shoes. It is not a "fashion" look (I love pointed toe spikes) but it is acceptable looking, not heavy or clunky looking and definitely high up on the acceptable looks scale. The comfort makes up for everything. Without looking orthopedic it is like a bedroom slipper. The fact that the shoe is extremely light weight adds to the comfort level. I have already purchased and worn another Taryn Rose (and it is only a hair less comfortable) and plan to buy nothing else in daytime shoes.

Best Shoe - Best shoe I have ever owned. Looks great with pants including business suits. Can walk, fly, etc. Wears well.
