About Tahari by ASL
In the summer of 2006 with the growing strength of the dress market, Tahari ASL being synonymous with fit, quality and craftsmanship created an all encompassing dress line. Tahari ASL dresses have a missy fit with styling that includes a combination of both classic and contemporary silhouettes in trend driven fabrications. In dresses they have maintained great structured fabrics in simple and well cut silhouettes.
“Day to dinner” and occasion dresses are two categories that Tahari ASL has made a name for themselves across the dress market. One of the main focuses of their brand has been updating sleeve length on many styles to offer more coverage for the discerning customer. As for the occasion category, they use classic silhouettes in new fabrications such as textured jacquard, silk taffeta and stretch satin to create a well-rounded and important category that is dressy but not formal.
Tahari ASL also strives for is perfection in their fit; not a production fitting goes by without the meticulous process of making sure that all aspects of the garment are perfect. For such a long time there was a huge void in the “day to dinner” dress market and Tahari ASL has stepped up and taken this genre to a new level.

Beautiful tailored dress. It is lined and a very nice and comfortable fabric. The dress is so flattering. I am surprised at the quality and elegance of this dress.
This dress is perfect for my body type. I have a small waist. It will be perfect for my class reunion this year. We'll all be turning 65 years of age, and this dress is so '60s! Material is beautiful and workmanship is great.

It is way, way too big! I love the dress and the fabric, but I can't find size ) anywhere. Does anyone have a clue where I can buy this in the right size?
The best dress I've ever owned! Sexy and flattering and even hides my belly. Huge fan of Tahari and even bigger fan of this hot dress. Do yourself a favor and get it before they sell out.
This dress is even more beautiful in person! Very well made and fits true to size. I purchased it for my daughter's graduation and cannot wait to wear it!
This is a very comfortable dress. I had originally ordered an 8 and found it to run a little big on top. So I returned it for the 6 and it fit perfectly. I have received many compliments on it.

Dress provides a beautiful, unique construction that begs for your personal, finishing touches with necklaces, pins, cardigans, or scarves. I love this dress. The fabric and even the lining are luxurious. Another reviewer said the belt was "cheap" looking and I beg to differ. The belt is perfect for this well-constructed dress, and the belt fastener also is unique and clever. It took me a minute or two to figure out how to operate the buckle as it requires that you press the metal bar on the inside to release the hidden fastener. I would like to suggest that Zappos show this detail on the product video.
Fits true to size I find the material of the dress to be okay but the belt is cheap looking. I'd have to switch that out, but for the price, I don't think the dress is worth it.
