Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes, Inc. was founded in 1978 by Anna Tokunaga and Josie Jurczenia, two young moms with the shared dream of creating bright, imaginative kids’ clothing. Ginny Holmes joined Sweet Potatoes’ clothing company in 1981. Since then, the three have worked hand-in-hand to move the company from the living room to one of largest and most renowned manufacturers of children's clothing in the United States.

Currently, Sweet Potatoes Inc. produces clothing under eight labels including Sweet Potatoes, a boys and girls coordinated sportswear clothing collection. New Potatoes, a division of Sweet Potatoes, create knit playwear-inspired clothing from infant to toddler.
