I would not recommend this watch. The screen is not bright enough. Most of the time you can not tell what time it is. You have to hit the light button to see. The instructions for set up are horrible give that they assume you know acronyms like "METS". I have had Polar and Timex watches that were hundreds of dollars cheaper but were better watches. Extremely disappointed. Wish I could return but I have had it over 30 days!
Brands I'd also recommend: Polar or Timex

I love this watch. The amount of data you can analyze about your workouts is amazing. I have the bike pod and it tracks my speed, distance, and syncs with my heart rate for my entire ride. I am a triathlete and this watch let's me track everything I need to do and more. Seriously, this is a great watch and a little learning curve is required with any wrist-top computer.
Brands I'd also recommend: Zoot, Orca, Pearl Izumi, Garmin, TYR, Speedo, Nike

The watch works great. I read in some other reviews and websites that the night light is too dim and I disagree with that. I can see the time just fine when I press the night button at night. Pairs great with the heart monitor.
