"I wanted to write a quick note about the exceptional service Zappos gives when you place an order. I’ve ordered before where you pay for overnight & you get it in a week. With Zappos, they said overnight and they mean it! I didn’t even have to check the shipping to see where my order was. I placed the order Saturday in the afternoon, I received the order on Monday afternoon only because UPS does not deliver on the weekends. I ordered a wallet and received exactly what was pictured on the internet. It came in a medium box with bubbles inside so the smaller box would not rattle inside. The box from the brand of the wallet was wrapped in tissue. I was more than satisfied with the quality of my order & the delivery. I was impressed. From now on I will always check the Zappos website to see if they have what I am looking for. I will also refer all my friends & family to Zappos.
