My sport physician recommended I use these in all my sport shoes. They have helped correct my posture starting with my ankles thru knees up to my hips... now I can get out of bed in the morning without popping each hip before I take a step. I even think my golf swing is more balanced. Although my score may not reflect it.

This is the second pair of Superfeet that I have bought. I wouldn't wear an athletic shoe without them!

I have 2 pairs of these in my 2 pairs of sneakers. Since I have low arches, it can be painful to walk or jog if the shoe does not have enough support. Superfeet is my solution. Basically putting these inside my sneakers makes a huge difference. I also noticed that without these insoles, my feet tend to roll and do not land straight in front of each other. They tend to roll a little to the side. With these on, my posture gets corrected! Keep in mind though that if you are looking for soft padding/ cushioning from your insole, Superfeet is not for you. You would be better off getting other brands like Lynco Aetrex, Spenco etc. for insoles. Superfeet has the philosophy that when you are going to be active (like walking , running, hiking, cycling etc.), what gives your feet max support for mobility is firm support - e.g. everybody loves soft cushy pillows, but most people sleep on hard beds to get support for their backs so you don't end up with back aches. It's the same idea. Since I tend to be very active, I find that to be true; the cushier/more padded premium insoles I have (such as Lynco, which cost me almost twice as much) just don't support my feet as well as Superfeet.

I use these in my running shoes, and I love them! I have flat feet and pronate. I’ve used a lot of other insoles and these seem to work the best for me. Highly recommended!

I have low arches and need a stiff sole on the shoes I wear. Sometimes it’s hard to find a shoe that looks good and also has the sole I need. When talking to my podiatrist about this, he said they could make some insoles moulded to my foot for ~$100 or I could just go out and pick up a pair of blue Super Feet and they would be almost as good. I went with the SF and never looked back.

This is my third pair of Superfeet - I use them in almost all my shoes. They provide stability and support that the typical factory insoles do not. I only give them four stars because sadly, they did not cure my knee pain (PFPS).

I had a pair of simple sponge rubber inserts I bought at an outlet store many years ago that I was trying to replace. The description of the Zappos inserts were very vague and not at all what I expected but I used them in my leather slip-ons that I wear without socks and did a lot of walking and they seem comfortable. However, you will have a difficult time deciding what makes them worth the price! This was my seventh puchase from Zappos and these should have been my first return.

Definitely worth trying. These insoles changed the way I felt about some shoes that I thought didn't fit properly. I have extremely narrow heels and somewhat flat arches. These actually stopped heel slippage in one pair of trail shoes that I had given up on and minimized the problem in a couple others. They give me enough support so my feet don't feel fatigued but not so much that they are painful. Take the time to read the entire user guide. It contains good information about the physiology of the foot as well as what you should expect from your insoles.

Really Great Actually - These really do help my feet stay in alignment, which helps reduce foot, knee and back pain. They are not super cushy, which I was disappointed in at first but am not minding so much anymore. I want to get more for other shoes... The only downside I see so far is that they are really expensive.

Excellent! As someone who has nearly flat feet, these feel great. They do especially well in my Converse All Stars which have no support to begin with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra support.

Fabulous orthotics - Bought these for my daughter since she has flat feet. She finds them very comfortable and I've noticed how her feet point forward now instead of pointing slightly out. Easy to fit to her shoes, nice material, solid construction.

I tried these in my 1 yr old Saucony sneakers (which I love) without the shoe insert, and they felt good but made a popping-clicking noise with every step. So I tried them on top of the shoe inserts. No noise but it made the shoes too tight. Next I tried them in my New Balance sneakers, without the shoe inserts. They felt better than the originals (which make the bottom of my feet hurt), but I can't say they were wonderful. I wore medium thick socks with both pairs. My feet are bony (podiatrist say I have no fat pads left), size 12 and hard to fit. Maybe I'm just too picky, but I don't think these inserts are worth the money.

Happy feet - The Superfeet are better than I expected -- they fit in most of my ballet flats (they were too deep for only one pair), took no time at all to get used to, and have relieved my very tired feet! Overall, they are a great product for someone like me who doesn't want to give up their "fashion" shoes, but does want to add more comfort.

Good stuff - I was using a previous version of Superfeet, but did not know there were many different kinds. After researching, I picked the Blues, and they have been very good. I wear them in my Clarks' boat shoes, and they are just fine.

Great inserts - These were recommended by my podiatrist for a heel problem that I have been having and they really do help a lot. Now when I don't wear them I feel the difference. She did not know you could get them from Zappos so she is going to let her other patients know.

Insoles - ouch! These are great. Good supportive heel, which is the key to proper foot arch. My podiatrist said they'd hurt at first-- and they do-- but it's getting better and my feet don't hurt the next day like they formerly would. I'd buy a pair for all my flat shoes-- too bad can't wear them with slides (the bright blue shows!

Helped my daughters Sever's Disease - My 10 year old developed Sever's Disease, which is often undiagnosed in girls ages 9-11 when their foot and leg bones grow faster than their muscles during those growth spurts. It can cause pretty bad heel pain and can be seen only by a weight bearing x-ray. Her podiatrist recommended a local running store and the owner's daughter had the same problem and he recommended these inserts, along with the NB 891 sneakers. Both have really helped her and she was able to resume soccer with much pain improvement.

Not enough padding - I really found these inserts to be uncomfortable. They were too hard.

Superfeet - These insoles help shoes with poor arch support. I later found out the "green" insoles were a litter thicker and better suited for me.
