I added these orthotics to my running shoes and they have provided good arch support. I normally wear orthotics, so I'm accustomed to the plastic that is under your arch. I have plantar fasciitis and have been very happy with these inserts. I've been using them for a week, but they feel much better than other inserts I have purchased. The plastic is under the arch and heel. Most orthotics I have used only provide plastic under the arch. The base of the insert, under the ball or your foot and toes, also has extra cushioning, which I did not find in a lot of Dr. Scholl's inserts. I'm not sure how long these inserts will last, but the manufacturer has a 60 day warranty, so we'll have to wait and see if they hold up to the test of time.

Don't really like these, I have foot pain if I don't have a high enough arch, so always get insoles for my athletic shoes. Thought I would try these instead of SOF (my usual brand) and I am really disappointed. Will keep trying but had to get different insoles for my running shoes as my feet are really hurting now, will try these in my cross trainers since I already have them but won't buy them again.

I love them and I highly recommend them. I sustained extensive injuries in a motorcycle accident and I can only stand for a short period of time and these Superfeet allow me to walk and stand for a longer period of time and they are so comfortable with the lift which I have to wear. No bulk just 100 percent comfort and nobody notices my limp as before. A million thanks to Angela for also recommending these I love them! Thank you Zappos!

These things are pretty incredible. They were first recommended to me by a sports medicine doctor, for running. Now I use them in my everyday work shoes. Highly recommend!

I am very active and play tennis five times per week. My feet were always hurting, and the first step out of bed in the morning was the most painful. I had a Podiatrist suggest that I put Superfeet insoles in my tennis shoes. It was like a miracle. My feet stopped hurting, and the morning pain went away. I even put a pair of Superfeet in my work shoes. I love my Superfeet!!

I purchased the Superfeet Premium Berry inserts for added comfort and support on the job. Since I walk on concrete floors all day at work, I was hoping to give my sore feet some comfort. Unfortunately, these did not do the trick. I ended up buying gel inserts at the local superstore for much less money and they worked much better. It was a pricey lesson to learn.

I have plantar fasciitis and I use these in my workout shoes. They are excellent. The fact that they are made for a woman's foot helps a lot. I will buy these again!

I love Superfeet! I was wearing the blue inserts for a while and I liked them a lot. I decided on a whim to try these berry inserts and have not looked back. I was a little worried because I have such a flat arch, but these worked out great. I now own several pairs and wear them in all of my shoes, especially in my gym and running shoes.

I really didn't want to buy these, but the shoes I ordered only have moderate support and I was afraid they'd wreck my knees if I didn't spring for the extra support. The inserts are very pricey and after opening them, immediately considered returning them. But then I replaced one of the shoe insoles with an insert and felt an immediate difference when walking around in them. Yes, they really do help. I'll buy more. Takes some getting used to.
When I first got these I hated them! It seemed like I couldn't get them situated inside the shoe so the hard plastic base didn't irate my foot. The shoes I purchased recommended these so I thought I would give them a try. After MANY adjustments of this insert I think I have finally gotten it right & have actually found that they are very comfortable & help support my feet quite well.

Superfeet Premiums are Super -
I have high arches and require extra arch support in order to avoid plantar fasciitis. I use these inserts inside my running shoes and slippers. They not only provide support for the portion of my arch located near my heels, but also provide added support for the part of the arch located toward the joint of my big toe. Per my foot doctor, these inserts are firm enough to prevent my arch from collapsing, which causes the plantar fascia to tear. They work, and I haven't had foot problems since I started using these.

Good Support For Street-Booties -
These are nice for walking-around boots. They are slimmer than the green Superfeet so they fit into the shoe easier. I prefer the green ones which are in my hiking boots and I plan to buy those again next time.

I was so looking forward to wearing these in my new Frye boots, once I had cut them to shape I popped them in my new boots... then alas I could not zip them up as the instep is quite hard on these soles and the zip would not budge. These are only good for sneakers and pull on boots, both of which I do not own!

Bought for walking -
I tweaked my knee and had to have physical therapy and surgery. My therapist recommended these for my pronated stride. I am not yet able to walk for exercise but put these in my new shoes and they feel comfortable and seem to make me walk straighter. Time will tell, but so far so good. I love Zappos for ease in ordering, and when needed, returning!

Not bowled over by these insoles. These are replacing the insoles in a pair of new New Balance 882 running shoes I use for walking. I'm a neutral runner/walker, with medium to high arches. Although these are more cushioned than the insoles that came with the shoe, they're still not enough to keep my knees from popping slightly on my daily 30-minute walks around the neighborhood. I'm better off with them than without them but will likely keep looking for another insole.

These seem fine. They are nowhere near as cushiony as I thought they would be. I am a rather large woman with rather small feet. I’m wishing I had gone with the green.
