In my year and a half battle with plantar fasciitis, these things have turned out to be the best over the counter shoe inserts. After the shot and the physical therapy, combined with daily Advil, I got the pain down by about 70%. These inserts help me to manage the rest of the pain. I tried a bunch of different kinds of inserts, but still had pain. A salesman in a specialty shoe store recommended these for p.f.; he said they worked for him and he’d sold hundreds of them. Not too pricey, either. The first pair I bought was in my normal women’s size. However, I was having some pain on the side of my heel, and my podiatrist said the inserts were not wide enough, and that I should purchase a men’s small. I did, and she was right. At first, these Superfeet inserts seem so hard. But be patient! You will get used to them. I think the nice heel cup keeps my foot stable. The arch support is good, too. I keep one pair in my slippers for that painful first touchdown in the morning, and the other pair I wear in my work shoes and sneakers. Happily, Zappos has the inserts available in all sizes, 24/7, so you don’t have to hobble around shopping!

These are great for my more feminine shoes. I bought the men's for my wider shoes and they work great as well. I have plantar fasciitis and I'm on my feet for work. These are a life saver.

Well, I have other Superfeet products that I love. I'm unsure about these. I understand the concept...that they make flats more comfortable, but they make walking in flats very difficult. Your shoes don't fit you like they did because the insert is in the way. I fall out of my shoes now. I'm not sure if they are worth it. I'll probably put the inserts in another pair of shoes that are higher on the sides so the inserts and my feet stay in.

I love to wear ballet flats but usually my feet suffer from the lack of support they have. This is the solution! I only wish the arch was a little bit higher but I have abnormally high arches so that\'s a personal preference that probably won\'t apply to the majority of people.

These are the best inserts I've found for boots, gives you support without pinching your toes. I have a pair of Merrell's with good arch support - for every other pair I own I use these. They seem to slip a bit in flats for me, but others may have better luck.

Love my SuperFeet 3/4 for all my non-athletic shoes. Wearing these in heels or flats is the only way to go. Yes, you must buy your shoes allowing room for the inserts, once you do, you won't leave home without them. I also own the SuperFeet green. If you're not sure, try them. They come with a ridiculously generous money back guarantee.

This innocuous piece of plastic actually does wonders for an ill fitting pair of shoes - those with poor arch support. Although they didn't work for the dress shoes intended, with a pair of heavy socks they allow me to once again, wear my Doc's. They're not as substantial nor, should they be mistaken or used as a substitute for the other Superfeet models (I use the green Superfeet in my Merrells) but they have a place in shoes requiring less or a different type of support.

This is the first time I have ever used these was cause some sales woman at Nordstroms pushed me into buying them, and I have not gone without them since. They go absolutley everywhere with me. They go in my flats, and heels. They are amazing. The best part is that they come with these little felt patches that allow you to swab them into different shoes. If you have not tried them, give them a go, they might just save your feet.

I love these things. Cute shoes, even the comfortable ones, tend to skimp on arch support. But slip these into your shoes, and you have perfection! I use them in almost all my dress shoes. They are highly recommend.

These are a great help for those of us with high arches and/or plantar fasciitis. I put them in all my cheap ballet flats and they give more stability and support I also put them in my running shoes ontop of the insoles since regular superfeet are not thick enough when you take teh original insoles out. Cheap fix to put into every shoe!. They also make a high heal version that is helpful too. Only reason not a 5 inch arch support isn't quite high enough for me, but it's better than nothing.

These are wonderful! I wear orthodics in sports shoes but can't wear them with casual shoes. These insoles work perfectly in casual shoes and help so much with foot fatigue.

These did not give me any arch support. I would say that my arches are fairly high and these did not even touch the bottom of my arches. I also didn't like how they slipped around in my shoes. I didn't want to use the Velcro patches so perhaps that would help. If you have high arches perhaps these aren't for you.

I use these for my son who has flat feet. He wears them under the insoles of his shoes and loves the fit and feel. His foot doesn't look like it's leaning in with insole in his shoe. I buy them every 6 months to replace with new.

These inserts are ideal. I have a couple pairs of shoes that are just a bit too large in the heel but that fit fine in the toe box. These inserts take up the space in the heel effectively without crowding my toes and they improve the overall comfort of the shoes. The arch support and roll prevention is terrific.

These have made my old shoes wearable again! I have foot pain due to plantar fasciitis. I was ready to toss out a bunch of my old shoes, but these insoles have made at least three pairs of old shoes comfortable again.
