I have plantar fasciitis. I tried these because my doctor prescribed the blue Superfeet insert. They work wonderfully in the low to medium heels I wear, no heel pain. However, a few more velcro dots included would be helpful. You need them in open back shoes. I would recommend them to a friend.

These are not miracle workers, but they did make my 2" heels more tolerable. I was able to stand for a longer period of time at two different parties. I also use these in ballet flats. They give them great support for my super high arches! They seem almost too flexible, I feel like I'm crushing the arch when I stand.

I bought these at the recommendation of a relative, for my plantar fascitis pain. They are truly amazing. They were immediately comfortable, and even eliminated the pain I was already feeling. I will be wearing them as often as possible.

Thank goodness for Superfeet! I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis, and a relative recommended this brand of insoles, and wow, immediate pain relief. I can walk again. I will not be without them. I misplaced one of them, and went without them for several days...agony. I ordered another pair so I won't ever have to be without them again.

Great insoles---slimline, good arch support. Warning: these are not super soft, massaging insoles; but they do provide support in shoes which those Dr. Scholls cannot.

This were originally suggested by someone at a running store. I love them, own 3 pairs and swap them out with all my work heels.

This would probably work well for someone with medium to low arches. I have very high arches, however, and didn't notice a difference in my 2.5 inch heels when using these insoles. I typically wear flats, and that particular pair of heels really beat up my feet. I put this insole into my right shoe but not my left, and walked 2 miles around my neighborhood. Even with all that distance and varied terrain (eg, across pavement and gravel), there was no discernible difference; both feet were in agony the next day. They stay in place, even without the Velcro dots. I tried them around the house with several pairs of heels and found that my weight was enough to keep them from shifting around. They are extremely low-profile; I could even put them in my d'Orsay pumps without having them show.

I'm always up for anything to make heels more comfortable! These, however, were not the answer for me. Please be aware that these are orthotic insoles and are not padded or cushioned in any way. They are also made of plastic, which makes them slide around in your shoe and your foot slide around too.

These are super great I use them in all my high heels, they help with extra support for my flat feet.

These definintely help. I wear them in boots, but I've also tried them in my 5 inch pumps and they don't show if anyone was worried about that. They help to take the pressure off the balls of your feet where mine were staring to bother me. Good buy!
