Thought these were "the ones" I thought these would be the dream pumps I can actually walk around in. the platform helps with dealing with the actual height of the heel...width was just right...walked around the apartment a bit. Then I started walking on the pavement and that's when my dreams were shattered. These shoes are absolutely gorgeous...but by the middle of the night I wanted to amputate my feet, the pain was that bad. This happened 3 times so I lost hope in "breaking them in".

Gorgeous but painful - I bought these to wear to a wedding. When I received them I thought I had finally found the perfect high heel pump. They are a great looking shoe and look great on, but boy are they painful to wear. I have a semi-wide foot and ordered the wide. Well I could barely get my foot in them. So I ordered the shoe stretchers from Zappos (which work great by the way) and after they were in for a couple of weeks I was able to get them on. I wore them in the house for a little while every day to get used to them. The heel did slip a little after stretching so I had to put in heel cushions. (Should not have to do all this with such an expensive shoe.) Anyway, I wore them to the wedding and for the first couple of hours I was o.k. My feet hurt so badly after that I could barely walk. Thank goodness I brought a spare with me. Unfortunately, since I wore these I could not send them back. Tried to wear them to another wedding and they were just as bad. Believe it or not they went in the trash. Will be on the look out again for that perfect pump. **Heavy sigh**

WHERE HAVE THESE SHOES BEEN ALL MY LIFE??? Okay, so it's official... I now feel like a complete idiot at having balked at paying $200+ for shoes. This is the first pair of Stuart Weitzmans I have ever owned & there's no way I could ever go back to my prior favorite, Steve Madden. These are sexy as all-get-out and worth every penny I painfully eeked out for them. I saw these on my co-worker, Claudia, and OBSESSED over them every time she wore them. Since I had not yet experienced for myself the MAGIC of Weitzman's creations for the narrow-footed woman, I could not for the life of me understand WHY she would pay that much for shoes. After Claudia wearing and wearing and me obsessing and obsessing, I decided to just bite the bullet and go for it, especially when I saw that the shoes were available in a Narrow width, which had obviously not been an option with the Steve Maddens. Due to the fact that I have always had very narrow feet ("dancer's feet" according to my grandmother), I had grown accustomed to having my pumps flop up and down like flip-flops whenever I walked. Sure, I hated it, but it was normal, right? WRONG! All I have to say is this: WHATEVER AM I GOING TO DO WITH ALL THOSE BARELY WORN STEVE MADDENS IN MY CLOSET?! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Stuart Weitzman Nexpumps. When I first slipped on my size 8.5N Black Calf Nexpumps, my regular-width Steve Madden size 8s got thrown in the closet. After I wore them out for a few evenings (in a row!) with nothing but comfort and zero "flip-flopping", the Steve Maddens went in the garbage. Initially, they felt a bit "hard" in the ball of the foot, but as soon as I wore them for a 1/2 hour or so, they softened up (which surprised me, since apparently I was used to Steve Madden pleather instead of the high-quality leather of the Stuart Weitzmans). One thing is clear... I am NEVER again going back to ill-fitting shoes and have come to understand that these Stuart Weitzmans are a MUST for narrow feet and are not a luxury, they are a NECESSITY. I’d trade 20 pairs of Maddens for ONE pair of Weitzmans!

Very Sexy - These shoes are very sexy, but I had to return them because my toes felt pinched. I have unusually long second toes, so maybe that's why :)

Stuart Weitzman Nexpump - I’ve been dreaming about these shoes ever since I saw them on the Zappos website. In person, they don’t look like a high end shoe. The materials appear a bit on the cheap side. I am normally a size 7 ½, but these shoes run so narrow I needed an 8 ½. Even with the 8 ½, my toes were still pinched!

Disappointed - I ordered these shoes and the front platform part looked very chunky and not what I would expect from such an expensive shoe - they also run small. I ordered only half a size up - they didn't have the full size up, and besides the fact that of course they didn't fit I didn't think the shoe was that nice - or rather it didn't look like you spent that much on these shoes. Although the rest of the shoe was quite nice - the peep toe, the leather, the heel...

Super cute and more comfortable than you'd think! Really comfortable for such a high heel. They're a little narrow, but I may just take them to a shoe repair shop to get them stretched. They look great on!

Not again! Aww, geez. I thought I had finally found a totally cute and sexy pump for my borderline-wide feet (they come in a size W). I ordered immediately. Turns out "wide" to Stuart means nothing. I couldn't even get my feet into a full size larger than my normal size. My friend who loves SW's shoes told me that she always buys a size larger than she usually takes. If you have narrow feet these shoes may fit but otherwise, kiss these cute black pumps goodbye.

Beware of your feet slipping forward - I bought the shoe a half a size smaller than I usually wear because of my foot slipping forward when I tried them on and now the smaller size is so uncomfortable I can’t wear them. Lovely shoe though, wish they fit me.

Wish they fit better - Will be returning these because they are not narrow enough...my heel slips even in the narrow. My feet are AAA narrow so these would probably work for AA narrow. Nice looking though.

Stuart Weitzman Nexpump - This is a very sexy shoe and soooo comfortable for a high heel. The only problem with the shoe is that you really need to get heel cushions for the back of the shoe if not you slip out when you walk. I tried a smaller size and was way to small hoping to stop the slipping out. Fits true to size. I usually wear an 8 and the 8 fit great. Would recommend this shoe to anyone it is great for this fall/winter.
