Ouch! Not comfortable at all! I was looking for a work equivalent of my Christian Louboutin Pigalle pump (4 inch) and unfortunately these did not pass the test. First off, they are 4.5 inches high or so, not 4. I guess SW measures the heel from the inside the sole, not outside like CL. Poor arch support, very difficult to walk in, plus the glue residue made the shoe look rather cheap...unfortunately had to send them back. Zappos service is great; I got them the next day!!

Gorgeous color! The heel doesn't quite look as pictured it is much whiter at the top and striped into the dark color at the bottom. Shoe is also cut very low.

These are some pretty hot shoes. They have a beautiful luster, and a curvy low cut, so they can be sexy without being tacky. I had to stretch them a tad for my wider feet, but they feel good now.

I have these in the adobe aniline (beige) and now in the red quasar. LOVE them!!! They are a bit more comfortable than the Fever shoe (which I have 3 pairs of) and don't squeeze my toes as much. You will need to wear them once or twice to achieve maximum comfort, but they are show stoppers and I received many compliments on them! They are like a bright red candy apple!!

I love this shoe! My last two pair of 4" heels were Leisure Pumps by Charles David. I struggled with paying more for these, but now that I have them, I am so glad I did. The low cut lines are beautiful. They are classy enough to wear to work, yet sexy enough for a night out. Lots of reviews say that they are a half size too big and narrower than most, but they fit me true to size and even work with my bunion. As expected, they stretched some after a couple long work days, so I am glad I didn't order a half size larger. Lastly, they are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing such a high heel.

These are my sexiest shoes and understandably not the most comfortable giving the pointed toe and 4' heal (no platform). The size 5.5 feels a little tight, but I tried the 6 and it was too big - so expect a snug fit, but not a 1/2 size. The first night I wore them, I was standing or dancing the whole time. At 5'3, I am loving my Naughty! I also have the Daisy (also by Stuart Weitzman) in the nude color. That one is not quite as sexy (due to the shorter heel) but has the same general construction. I found the black daisy to be more subdued than the naughty. Also loving the naughty in black patent. The nude would be nice too.

Awesome, if you like toe cleavage. I have very short toes (i.e., much smaller chance that the cracks would show), but all four show in these shoes. I agree with previous reviewers that they are very pretty, but they are too low-cut. Admittedly, most pumps these days are similarly low-cut.

Beautiful dress shoe. The silver color is not over the top sparkly but pretty and subtle. The heel does not shoe well in the picture online. It is not all silver but has ivory, black and silver running through it. Really makes the shoe. Life other Stuart Weitzman a bit tight at first along the cut out at the top of the shoe but I suggest your regular size - the shoe will stretch a bit. Looks fantastic, I've gotten many compliments.

The most elegant, yet sexy shoe ever! The pointy toe elongates your leg, the color is spot on, and the design on the heel gives it such a rich touch! There is toe cleavage with this shoe, so if you don't like that this is not the shoe for you, but it is amazing all around!

I wear heels on a daily basis and have other Stuart Weitzman heels, but I find these shoes nearly impossible to wear for longer than 30 minutes.

This is my staple black patent work shoe. It is fabulous: classy with a hint of sexy. They are expensive, but worth every penny. I have yet to find a cheaper pair with the same lines as these. I find that they do run a 1/2 size small, as I wear a 6 in many other brands like guess, BCBG, and Via Spiga, but wear a 6.5 in these.

Sexy shoe. I love this shoe. It can be dressed up or worn with jeans and the heel height is just about right to help elongate your legs! I have purchased quite a few pairs of SW and as is typical with my experience, the shoes run a little small. I think this is more of a problem in larger sizes, however. I typically wear a 10B, but almost always purchase 10.5 W with SW shoes.

I think these shoes are absolutely beautiful, but, alas I had to return them. It was just too tight a fit around the toe box -- and I didn't want to pay this much to have to break them in.

I so wanted these to fit and feel good, but I am a size 11 and they were a little too tight and fit "weird". Sometimes I wonder if when you go to a size that big that the proportions just start working against you. I have really narrow feet and still couldn't squeeze in. The other reviewer was right - lots of toe cleavage, but they also fit low on the sides. Again - maybe just at my size. Would have tried a size bigger if they made them.

These shoes are very beautiful. But they are not comfortable, because they are a bit narrow that is why my fingers are very squeezed. I think if I try to wear them all day long, I will not be able to walk in any shoes the next day. So I can wear them for less than four hours.

I love Stuart Weitzman shoes and have numerous pairs. The quality is always there and they are very comfortable. I always wear size 8 1/2. When I received these shoes I loved them. However they are not true to size. The shoes felt like they were 1/2 size or one whole size smaller. Since I always wear the same size in SW shoes I am at a loss as to why these shoes are so much smaller. I have to return them.
