This shoe is very comfortable, not a very high heel and it looks great! I used a 1/2 a size smaller than I usually wear.

My shoes arrived overnight even though I ordered them ground delivery in the middle of the holiday season. They are a versatile and comfortable shoewhich can be worn for dressy occasions or a simple dinner out.

This pair of shoes was named appropriately, "Chic Pumps." They are very stylish and chic on and the height of the heel is just perfect for walking. Although the width and length is okay, the toe of the shoe is so tight it scrunches up my toes in pain. Ordering 1/2 size up would be too loose in the heel. I tried them on periodically throughout the week trying to convince myself I could endure my squished toes; but I finally realized that was nonsense, so I unfortunately will be returning the shoes with regret. Once again, thank you Zappos for your great service and customer satisfaction.

Love them! I have a narrow foot and these shoes don\'t gape around the edges like so many shoes, even in narrow sizes. Comfortable and classic.

Great shoe! I have narrow feet and they fit true to size. Comfortable, great heel height and can go anywhere. Elegant with pants, dresses etc. Bought second pair and will buy more once they are available in my size.

I got these shoes in the red and they are gorgeous! I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable to walk in. The heel is not too high. I would highly recommend these shoes.

Very simple, pretty, go anywhere shoes, but found they fit a little snug and had to order a half size up. I wore them to a party where I was on my feet most of the evening and they were comfortable all night. I wish they had a bit "more" interest in the look, but I have difficult feet and have learned to only purchase shoes that are comfortable out of the box.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box! So worth the money! And the heel is perfect height for walking in the city!

This is a nice looking shoe for work, but I am not crazy about the way it fits. Regular width was too narrow in the toes, and wide is too big and the heel slips off. If the fit was better, this would be a very comfortable shoe.

This is a beautifully styled and extraordinarily comfortable classic pump, with a beautifully balanced heel. You can\'t walk too far or fast in these shoes, though, because the suede is so soft that your heel will fold it down if it rises up from the insole.

Shoes fit true to size. Look and feel great. I liked them so much, I have two pairs in different colors! Delivery from Zappos was also fantastic, and quick!

My updated review: okay, I love this shoe. I have somewhat narrow feet with especially narrow heels and it makes it difficult to find shoes that work for me. After wearing it last night I need to update my previous review to explain how amazing these are. They are so comfortable, the suede is so rich and I love the suede inside. Not a single blister, which is a first for my poor heels. Also the look is so versatile; professional/sexy/casual, it goes with anything and everything!

Very narrow! I usually wear an N and brought it back for an M. Amazingly comfortable, and great support. So easy to balance, not just because of the medium height, but also because of the heel's shape & placement. Love it.

This is the pump I\'ve been looking for. They\'re sharp looking, neither too pointy nor too round in the toe. They\'re also very comfortable, much more so than other pumps, perfect while standing or on short walks. They comfort factor doesn\'t quite hold up for the 15-minute walk to the office, but I can wear them the rest of the day with no problem.

These shoes are "awesome". I love them. I have very sensitive feet. "Many years of dancing", high arches asnd skinny feet, so finding shoes that fit and that I can wear all day is a challange. These shoes meet that challange and more. I have already gotten compliments and I have worn them two times. Am thinking about another color. You can\'t go wrong...trust me.

I purchased the Stuart Weitzman Chicpump in a taupe color suede a few weeks ago. It fits exactly the way the size indicates and is extremely comfortable. I have worn them around the house for several hours to make sure of that! I can\'t wait \'til fall whe I can start wearing the shoes as they are a perfect neutral color. I love them!

An excellent, wearable shoe. I usually do not wear heels, but this pump is comfortable and I've worn it all day for business and then for after work. The sizing is true and it's nice to have a quality manufacturer make wide sizes in fashionable styles.

I find this an elegant, comfortable and easy-to- wear dressy shoe, and the heel is not too high. Looks good with skirts or pants. It is just what I needed - in fact having bought one pair in black and liking it, I then bought another in brown!
