This shoe fits me like a glove. It complements my office attire, pantsuits, skirts, and dresses, and because the heel is not too high, I am not towering over everyone. The best feature is the sole that makes wearing them extremely comfortable. One half of the sole is rubber while the outer edge is leather. I can wear them all day without changing into my slides.

I love Stuart Weizman, but I Really love Zappos Soes.....there are no shoes they don\'t have, they always have free shipping and they return without cost or any difficulty. I probably won\'t buy shoes anywhere else again. Zappos is the best of the best.

Love these Chicpumps; have them in 3, soon to be 4 colors: 2 suede, 1 patent, 1 smooth leather. I have a 4A width and it's becoming more difficult to find SS widths in any brand. I wish Weitzman would make more SS styles, like they used to! Fit is true to Weitzman sizing; the patent is a bit larger in the heel than the others, but not too much for me. The wide heel provides great stability when I am standing for long periods at events; these shoes look great with slacks and dresses and skirted suits.
Brands I'd also recommend: for SS widths = Ferragamo, New Balance, Bruno Magli, Van Eli

The shoes are wonderful. I love heels, but due to back problems this short heel pump is great. Best of all is the superb service by Zappos. Shoes are usually on my doorstep within 24 hours and returns are a breeze. Zappos is where I buy all shoes. Previously I shopped at Nordstroms since I wear a narrow width, but Zappos selection is fantastic. I have told friends who are amazed at the selection.

I love Stuart Weitzman shoes for the style and comfort. When I saw the ChicPump in a local store in Kansas City I knew I wanted them in several colors so I contacted my favorite shoe store, Zappos, and ordered the cola brown and soft black patent, both in size 6 1/2. The shoes arrived in one-day service, thanks to Zappos' fabulous customer service, but unfortunately they run small and the medium width feels like a narrow. I do not think they are "true" to size. These shoes are just gorgeous and the heel is the right size for office and/or dress occasions. All my other Stuart Weitzman shoes are size 6 1/2. Thanks, Zappos, for your very courteous telephone personnel and for your complimentary shipping. You are tops.

My experience with Zappos is the best ever. They are so nice to deal with, prompt, and the products are the best. There is such an ease in shopping online. I recommend Zappos to all. Stuart Weitzman is my favorite shoe and they always have a great assortment to chose from.

This is a terrific shoe but I had a terrible time trying to figure out my right size. I'm usually an 8.5B in other brands but this was too tight in these shoes. Tried a 9B (as suggested in other reviews here, try a 1/2 size larger), but I could tell if it stretched out I'd be floating. Finally tried an 8 wide and they were perfect. You have great customer service but really need to provide more guidance with Weitzman sizing. Yummy shoes!

Great shoe - nice look, surprisingly comfortable. I don't usually wear heels higher than 1-2" because of all the damage I did to my feet in my younger days. (Sigh!) I'm looking for comfortable shoes for work and dress occasions that don't look like granny shoes. These had a good toe box and the patent had some give to it. My only problem was that they were long and therefore slipped a lot on my heel. I'm going to try a half size smaller in the wide width to see if those fit better.

Love this shoe but unfortunately the toe box is cut low and cut into the edge of my little toe. That's just my foot--otherwise, shoe very stylish and comfortable, especially in the W fitting.

These are too narrow for a medium, which always fits my foot. The heel cup was good but the front was too narrow, and eventually the shoe shape would have become creased.
