I love these boots. After months of hunting for a boot that proportions shoe size to fit my calf size, I struck on the Belmont. These are great! I'm 5'10, 145 lbs., size 10.5, and a runner with thin calves. Usually, I'm left with a couple spare inches in the calf of a boot that's big enough for my foot, but not here. These are perfect. And though my foot is quite narrow, a medium fits just fine. It's such a treat to be comfortable in a boot that's also a good fit and good looking!

I love these boots. I thought the calf circumference was perfect. I am 5'9 and the length was also perfect for me - the top of the boot came just bellow the knee. The quality and style are beautiful; just what I was looking for. The width also was comfortable for a bunion which was the biggest selling point for me. Unfortunately, the foot bed is too long. I need to size down 1/2 size from what I normally wear. I tried putting an additional foot liner into the boot but it still doesn't fit quite right. I am really disappointed to return these boots.

Love the boots, they are beautiful. Even though they had no signs of wear they did have a bit of fading on the back, lower part of the boot where the stitching is. But after the money at the shoe repair they were as good as new.

I like these boots - very attractive and I like that they are tall. I'm 5.8" and they sit right below the knee and they and I have thin calves and these fit very well. I'm going to say they are moderately comfortable. You'd think for the price, the boot would come with better arch support. Also, I was disappointed there was nothing more than a cardboard insert provided to use to support the shape/structure of the boot when not in use. Again, these boots aren't cheap and I think when you pay more, it's fair to expect more and you should get more for your money.

This boot is beautiful but they did not size the calf for a large boot size. I am six feet tall and have thin legs. I could not zip this boot more than 3/4 of the way up. The footbed fit perfectly but not the calf. Very sad. I would have loved to keep them.

I like the styling, but Stuart Weitzman has started doing what most boot people do: not scaling the calf to match a large shoe size. He used to be great about that, I have size 12 boots from past years that fit wonderfully. But this boot is for pencil calves, not even a prayer of getting it on. And I do not have unusually large calves. The shoe part fits fine, but that does not do me any good if the zipper does not go up. So, sadly, they are going back.

Loved the style of these boots, and thought I finally found a pair long enough - but could not get them zippered past my calves. I do not have large calves if that helps. I'm 5'10" and wear an 8. Also the buckles are not adjustable - not that it would matter, since the boot could not give anyway. So disappointed!

These boots are very cute, but clearly there was a problem manufacturing the boot. The proportion is way off from the foot size to the shaft of the boot. The shaft is way too small and will not zip all the way. I saw that some people complained of this, but not having large calves I thought this would not pertain to me. I was wrong! For an expensive boot made by a reputable company - I was extremely disappointed that they would even sell these boots!

Very disappointed in these boots! They look and feel cheap! I have quite a few pairs of Stuart Weitzman shoes and boots and have never minded paying for quality. Skip these as they seem like outlet quality with an expensive price tag. Stuart, you can do better!

These are nice boots - just the right amount of "edge" - but they do run about 1/2 size big in the foot. I've been trying to find the perfect boot and although these are close, the SW Upbeat wins. Wish I could afford both but since not, these will go back.
Brands I'd also recommend: Cole Haan, Cordani
