While I and my son love the look of this shoe, and he adores the lights, there is nothing to hold the tongue in place so it just bunches up near the toes after just a few minutes of running. So disappointed and my son is going to be so sad when I send them back.

My son loves these shoes. He's 4 and he's been wearing them every day for a month now. They are a great fit for him and my son is picky. So many shoes he has complained of hurting his feet, but not these sneaks. He still shows people he comes across how cool they light up and how one lights red and the other blue. You would think we just got these yesterday!

I agree with previous reviewer that the tongue does not stay in place. It slides down during wear. It does not seem to bother my almost 4 year old. He is in love with his first pair of light up shoes so we will keep them. When I am with him, I just pull the tongue up everyone once in awhile. In my opinion, they are the most attractive light up shoe available.

Great shoes! My 2 year old loves these. The lights are bright and fun, but not overwhelming, they do not turn on with lighter steps, which I think is a good thing. They are sturdy and comfortable, too.
