Very lightweight, airy, sporty shoe for summer months. Not waterproof, but water resistant, absolutely will get tested in that regard. The straps are very long, but the footbed true to size, so I think it is just to allow for a higher step. Also at the toe, the material buckles because there isn't enough pudge in the toe to fill the area - minor complaint.

The best summer sandal for my 4 year-old boy! They are comfortable and adorable. My son asks to wear them everyday. He told me he feels great running and jumping on the playground with them.

Bought these for my 4 year old son. He picked them out from a group of 5 pairs, because they were the most comfortable. He loves them. No break in period or sore spots on his feet. He wears them outside to play all of the time. I haven't bought Stride Rite for him since he was a baby/toddler (for no particular reason), and this reminded me of how happy I always was with a Stride Rite shoe purchase!

Perfect summer sandals for an active toddler (esp one with wide feet). We had the same pair in gray last summer. No toes popping out, dry quickly when wet, comfortable to wear all day. Last year's pair were in good shape but my son outgrew them; they are now being worn as a hand-me-down by my friend's son, still holding up two toddlers in.

My two-year-old son wore these shoes to the ground. After almost five months of wearing them we said goodbye and ordered a new pair. He will wear these in spring as they run larger than expected. No harm done...these are great shoes!

Fantastic toddler sandals! This is my son's second pair of these sandals, each pair where different sizes. I love how the toe area protects little toes while running around. Very easy to put on and take off for an adult. I will continue to purchase these sandals in the future.

I purchased these sandals for both of my boys (18 months and 4Y). They are very sturdy, well made and perfect for the playground. They do get stinky from sweaty feet after awhile - I have thrown them in the washing machine several times and they still look like new.

Great shoes, good for everyday wear and active kids. The insoles get a bit stinky after a while but the good thing is they're removable and washable.

We are very happy with this shoe. This shoe is flexible and fits well. This shoe is also very versatile and looks nice with nicer shorts and sports shorts. Easy on and off for our 3 year old (almost 4), so he can put them on and take them off himself (when he wants to). Good quality.

I was looking for shoes for my 4 year old little boy that would be cool for summer but also had a covered in toe on them (which he is required to wear for preschool). These shoes fit the bill perfectly. They fit great and he has been wearing them around with no problems at all. The velcro straps make them easy for him to put on and take off and as previous reviews have mentioned, if they get dirty or start to smell then you can put them in the washing machine and they come up like new! Also love that they come in a wide size. Those of us who have kids with wide feet know how hard it is to get nice looking shoes for them. The price doesn't bother me as I am used to paying a little extra for wide width shoes.

I bought these for my 22 month old son. He's worn them with and without socks and hasn't complained. He was able to run without difficulty. I like that his toes are protected. I like the navy but I wish they came in more colors.
