Love these shoes. I bought them for a hiking trip as I thought the brown wouldn’t show the dirt, and I was right. Hard to find in cute girls shoes, with the added bonus of being extra wide. There is a bit of gold shimmer in the pink, but not as gaudy as so many girls shoes are these days. The smooth leather parts got a bit scuffed, but hey, she was climbing rocks and fallen logs and running around in the forest for a week, and they still look great. They are a nice combination of flexibility and structure (maybe the best we’ve found and I am a bit of a shoe junkie – she’s got around 7 active pairs right now) and my daughter is super stable in them.

Love the look, very cute, but does not wear well. The front of the shoe was scuffed after one wear outside. Tongue of shoe falls down. Not worth the money paid. Too bad because other Stride Rites were worth the money.

What can I say but now my 2 year old daughter keeps her shoes on!!! When I tell her to go get her shoes she goes to get these. I am sure they are comfortable or she would not keep them on!!

Cute but scuffs easily -
This shoe is adorable, but it was not the best purchase I ever made for my daughter. She had this shoe last fall when she was 18 months old and it gave us some trouble. The tongue of the shoe falls down into the shoe a lot, which is uncomfortable, so I was always fixing it for her. It also scuffs really easily and looked like an older shoe within a few weeks. I love Stride Rite, that is all my daughter wears, but this shoe was not the greatest.

Love this shoe! My daughter began wearing this shoe at age 11 months and has worn them EVERY DAY since then (she's now 17 months). This shoe is stylish, yet functional and looks great with most of her fall/winter wardrobe. Love that such a cute shoe comes in an XW!

This shoe is quite adorable. It fits well and offers stability for my newly walking baby girl. You might want to make sure that your child is walking prior to purchasing this shoe. My daughter, prior to conquering the skill of walking, crawled around in hers and they are badly scuffed even though they are only a few weeks old.

Great shoe -
I ordered these shoes for my 14 month old with WW feet. There is not much out there for WW toddler feet, but these shoes are very stylish. They match a lot of her outfits, plus these are the first shoes she has not managed to kick off! She seems to finally be comfortable in a pair of shoes that fit properly.

Adorable fall and winter shoe -
My toddler just started wearing this shoe and it's adorable. It is well-constructed and comfy. It looks very similar to some of the somewhat-pricier European brands. We are very happy with these shoes.

Adorable shoe -
This shoe looks great and has a very flexible sole. My daughter seems to walk just fine in it now. I would not recommend this shoe for a brand new walker, because the ankle height is a little restrictive for chubby-ankled babies. They do not make Stage 1 or Stage 2 Stride Rites in my daughter's size, so we got this one as well as the Felicity T-strap. I think the Felicity T-strap is better for a really early walker because it fits below the ankle. Now that my daughter has more experience walking, she is walking just as well in this shoe as she did from the beginning with the Felicity T-strap.

Shoes that can't kick off...FINALLY!!!!
I just purchased these for my 15 month old daughter and they are just perfect. I have tried every shoe under the sun trying to find one that can't be kicked off and this one is perfect, she's had them on for about 7 hours now and has not taken them off. I think that the brown will go well with her fall and winter outfits. My daughter seems to love these shoes; she has yet to want them off. Thanks to Zappos for getting them here so fast, it was a lot easier than taking her to the mall.
