My son had these last year and they were wonderful. Very comfortable. This year the stitching kept popping on them. He still loves them though & doesn't mind putting them on!

Love these shoes. They are very cushy to walk on and provide support to little feet. My daughter complained at first that the front part of the shoe rubbed on the top of her foot and that it hurt. We did a little home handywork on them to soften the edges of the leather and now there are no complaints.

Great little boy sandals! This is the second pair of these Stride Rite sandals we have owned, as they are the best ones we've found. Great for every day and dressing up. They are easy to put on and my son loves them, especially the fish and starfish on the soles.

Great sandal for developing walkers/runners. No blisters and fits his chubby feet comfortably!

Zappos helped us "stride right"- My toddler loves his new shoes! They seem to be comfortable for him and they look great, even after a few weeks of wear and chewing. My favorite thing about ordering them was how easy they were to shop for...especially after the lack of care I got at the original store I got my son sized at. Zappos search is great...I just loaded his size in and could see all of the styles available. It was easy and stress free. With four kids, the easier the better, plus I didn't have to drive and the shipping was free and quick! Thank you!

Looks nice, but fits too tight! This is a very narrow shoe. I do not recommend it to anyone due to the bad fit for kids!

Great dress up sandals that are comfortable - Great dressy sandal that has very comfortable leather. However, my son's toes don't go all the way to the front because of his high instep. Otherwise great for church and special outings. Width is wonderful since my son has a wide foot. Leather is extremely soft.

A nice and stylish leather sandal for a toddler - I like Stride Rite for my son, as they wear like iron and because their leather interiors are well designed to keep the kids' feet from getting sweaty. The First Mate was the only brown one I could get at the time my son needed them (his growth spurts don't coincide with sales or seasons). I would have preferred their Guppy, as it has one more crosswise strap and the straps are all less wide because of that, but First Mate does well enough. My son wears them cheerfully (is not old enough to tell me "Gee, Mommy, these feel nice," but I take his wearing them comfortably as a sign) and they get compliments. As with most leather sandals for children, these can be worn casually or for a dressy summer occasion. With Stride Rite, if your child has wide feet, get the wide size. They are not narrower than sized, but they aren't any wider than sized either.

Great boys shoe - This shoe is cute and functional. My 4 y.o. son finds them comfortable and the shoe stays on well. I would definitely recommend them.

Shoes for Luka - These shoes are super comfortable and cute too! They are so comfy that my 19 month old can wear them all day without socks and they do not leave marks or rub his feet. They wear very well and the leather gets softer over time which is nice. We have gotten a lot of compliments on them!
