My toddler wears these every day, and they take a eating without falling apart. He has yet to wear through the front like he has on other shoes. This is our third pair, in sequential sizes, of the same style.

Great quality shoes! We bought the Wide for my son's wide feet and they fit perfectly. They're not the easiest shoe to remove for my 2-year old son as he has to unfasten both straps and then loosen the straps, but that's not a big deal for us.

These are only shoes my toddler will wear! I started him on Stride Rite when he first started walking because he has wide feet. They are supportive and flexible. Great shoes.

These are very well-made shoes. A little tough to get on at first, as they really need breaking in. I bought a wide for my son's wide feet, but they were still a little snug.

They seemed very narrow for being extra-wide shoes. My 2 year old usually has good luck with the XW Stride Rites so hopefully it is just this particular style.
