My daughter (9 years) loves these shoes. She outgrew her last pair and wanted the same shoe. True to size & width (she wears a wide).

This is the third size that I have bought this shoe in. It is pretty, and has a very comfy back strap. The inside of the shoe is very soft and comfy too - on all sides. The velcro is great - easy on, easy off. They clean up really well because the top is leather. I bought the extra wide for my 8 year old. I could not find closed sandals in any store that would fit her and so these shoes are a definitely a winner. The free shipping and return is great. It gives you peace of mind when ordering. If it doesn't fit, just send it back for a refund or exchange for a different size.

My daughter is almost seven years old. I have purchased this type of sandals from Stride Rite for her each summer. I cannot stress the importance of a good leather sandal that provides stability in gait and endurance. Definitely worth every penny.

These are the only shoes my daughter wore all summer. They\'re great. I had to buy a second pair because the sole wore down. They are a great value, so I didn\'t mind buying two pairs for one summer season.

These are wonderful shoes. My daughter has worn them since she was 2 years old and she is now almost 9. They are very comfortable and last longer than they fit as kids grow so fast so we can hand them down. I highly recommend them.

My 4 yr daughter loves these shoes. I’ve been buying the same pair the last 3 spring seasons since she outgrows them so fast. They’re very comfortable, durable, and keep her little feet intact when she’s playing.

I've gotten these sandals for my 7 year old for the past few years because they are about the only closed toe sandal available. I like that they offer some support and toe coverage since she spends a lot of time at the playground. We usually buy a half size up since they seem to run a little small.

I thought this was going to be the perfect summer sandal. However, after one day of my 4 year old daughter wearing these, they rubbed her poor little toes and I had to purchase a new pair.

Started out as a GREAT shoe. However, after the 3rd or 4th wear (Sunday School); stitching on the velcro started pulling away, allowing the velcro to detach. The foot bed is also wearing away, allowing the fabric backing of the vinyl to show through making the soles on her feet sore. After owning these shoes and her wearing them for several Sundays and misc. outings, she wore them walking around downtown one afternoon and they created a huge blister under the "buckle area". As her foot grew into them, they became far too narrow. VERY disappointed in the comfort level for her. I have always gone out of my way to spend whatever it takes to ensure my childs feet are comfortable, decided to try Stride Rite because of several friends and family members who have put their children in nothing but this brand and needless to say, this is the last pair I will buy. They are not worth the money spent on them. Durability alone, not to mention discomfort for my poor baby\'s feet. Really do like the "looks" of them, but that doesn\'t justify the purchase of a second pair ~:o(.
