I had a hard time finding good brown Mary Janes for my daughter. I ended up settling for these. My daughter has never worn a wide shoe before, but the regular width was much too narrow. The wide was more comfortable. The brown is a little too dark for my taste. I had hoped the toe would withstand the usual scuffs better than it has so far. Overall, the shoe gets the job done, but is just okay.

We tried many shoes our 2 and a half year old and this was the only one that worked, for 2 reasons. First, she has very wide feet, and this was a rare shoe that is actually extra wide. Second, the shoes are very comfortable, flexible, and light, so that she accepted to wear them without much fuss. Also, the shoes look good with dresses and with pants and she wears them all the time.

Overall this is a comfortable, classy shoe. I would try the wide next time, as the medium width doesn't allow my daughter's toes to spread out. Unfortunately we were unable to return them after one wear - my three year old likes to drag her toes and scuffed the patent edge on our wood floor.

This shoe ran a little long.Had to reorder 1/2 size shorter. Nice quality, really cute on. Granddaughter has long narrow feet and we ordered the narrower width.

I bought this shoe for my large-footed 3 year old. She loves them, they look cute, she can wear them to preschool and on the weekends, too.

My daughter likes them, they fit well - all in all, a good buy. I had so much trouble finding navy blue shoes this year. My daughter has a narrow heel and can't really wear slip-on shoes -- needs the strap like this to keep them on. It’s harder to find this kind now, so I was happy to find these!

Cute shoes. Narrower than I expected for an xw but wasn't as snug as Jumping Jack xw shoes. I had needed dressy shoes for holiday outfits and these will work great.

My four year old loves these shoes. They are very comfortable. She can put them on all by herself so she feels like a big girl. It can be hard to find an extra wide shoe...I'll order additional sizes of this shoe as needed.

Just ordered our second pair. These are our favorite shoes for the school uniform. We have a half mile walk to and from school and they hold up really well. My daughter thinks they are very comfortable.
