These boots are super cute BUT, they are made so badly I couldn't wear them and had to return them. Basically they had two huge problems. The first is there is no zipper, so you have to slip your foot in through the top, and for me, with socks, it was impossible to do. And I have small ankles and small heels/feet, so I don't know how anyone else could do it either. The second problem is the dye (I bought black) comes off on your hands when handling the boots. So I struggled to get them on for minutes and ended up with only black fingers and no boots. These should be recalled, they are so bad. I would not recommend buying them under any circumstances.

I completely agree with the 1st post/review. I have small and narrow feet and small/skinny ankles (ordered my normal size 6M), yet I could not slip my foot into the boot. The top of the boot made it impossible to do so. It's a shame since, overall, I liked the style of the boot. They are going back.

These have been my go-to boots this winter. Very comfortable! The heel is a perfect height to wear with my jeans and I like the toe shape. A bit tricky to get on and off but I got use to it after wearing them a couple of times.
