I originally purchased these in a 9.5 from Steve Madden.com and had them shipped to Canada. I chose 9.5 because for some reason this model is not in Canada at all so I used Troopa, Jax and Camarra to make sure before ordering. I also asked Steve Madden's customer service. Well, they are not experts and know nothing of the sizing so don't bother asking! The 9.5 was way too big and not equal to their other narrow, shorter boots. So I thought, try a 9 from Nordstrom's as I was peeved with Madden's service. 9 is my usual shoe size. 9 swam as well. So, I'm guessing but terrified to try now after 2 attempts and shipping costs paid by me to go down to an 8. (A full size). I wish your site had an 8, I'd love to buy it from you. Be forewarned - I'd say go down a full size in these boots!

I'd love to buy a 9 from you too. Sesame street joke not intended. I really mean it! These are awesome boots! Get 9's! These boots are nice and wide compared to the tight fitting Troopa, Jax and Camarro which can make you go up a size just to get your foot in width-wise!

Ordered and 8 1/2, which is what I usually wear, but my toe was pressing hard at the top of the boot, and what really sucked was that my ankle was slipping in the back, which makes me concerned that even if I ordered the next size up I wouldn't be able to wear it. I really love the style and want to give the next size up a go, but unfortunately Zappos doesn't have any 9's right now.
