So disappointed these boots didn't fit! The size 35 said 4.5-5, and I normally wear a 4.5 so thought they would be perfect, but they were too big. Being a short boot, they fit my large calves just fine. I wasn't real keen on the shiny foot box though. One of the boots came kicked on that shiny part, something real easy to do.

First off, I don't wear heels, but these boots just looked so cute that I decided to try them, anyway. I am so glad that I did. They are more comfortable than any flat shoes that I own. I was able to wear them right out of the box. There is an inside zipper which makes getting them off and on a snap. The black boots are lined in a kind of gray plaid, incredibly soft material. I have worn them with jeans and skirts and get compliments anytime they can be seen. I ordered my regular size and they fit well, with room for a pair of thinner socks. However, I think as they get more broken in, I will be able to wear a thicker sock. The arch support is great. Comfort all the way!

Boots are comfortable and stylish. I love them; want a second pair in a different color. Love that Zappos shipping is free both ways.

I am so disappointed with these.They came all scuffed up. They are cute boots, but I am not going to pay that price for these damaged boots, and they were the last pair. Also the heel is dangerously slippery. I am unable to rate them as I will not be wearing them.

These boots have something sewn into the heel of the footbed that has an edge that you can feel when you walk: I needed to put an insole over that area. Also, the shaft of the boot is kind of rough and rubs the leg -- hope this won't ruin my tights. On the positive side, I love the style and the heel height and shape are very nice. Despite the drawbacks, I love these!

They look cute but the quality is not all there. The leather looks almost like rubber boots (I ordered them in black) and doesn't look to be high quality. They were comfortable; a little loose in the heel so, as with all cowboy boots; order half to whole size down for better fit in the long run.

These books are really comfortable. As with any heel they are not a super long wear type of shoe but I love my pair. They fit me perfectly and look great with skinny jeans or underneath jeans.

The boot is rubber soled and good for outside work or walking around, but would not be good for dancing. If you want to two-step, look for leather soles. The boot is wide and I need double socks to wear them.

I have a new job and wearing cowboy boots is a item I have added to my wardrobe. As always Zappos you never stop delighting me with fast next day delivery. I did order from Shoebuy but had to send them back and it took 7 days before I got my order. I have a learned a lesson and that is only order through Zappos. Thank you Zappos Employees, you all rock!
